this is my favorite instrumental in this episode!! it seems to be karens theme, and it shows through the music, too!! it has the same chords as “free spirits” from episode two, the song played in the reynolds household. you can also hear the melody from it around 1:53 in your right ear! the guitar strums that start around 2:21 also remind me of “a moment of calm” you hear in the diaz household in episode one... though that could be a stretch LMAO... not to mention its in the same key as “into the woods” as well! its amazing to me to see all of these elements from those different songs put together to symbolize who karen used to be... a daughter, a wife, and a mom. but even then, theyre just faint hints. its still its own song, just with bits and pieces of her past sprinkled into it.... just like karen

Yeah he's been consistently reusing elements of the initial theme in variations throughout each episode. It's been a joy to hear them all. Wondering what the last episode will do with it.
I can completely understand Sean... Sometimes its frustrating to be the older brother, but also you would do anything for your siblings(if you are doing your role right) no matter how rude they are. And it all depends upon the time and the mood how they behave... It's as burdensome as being a parent but much more rewarding as you have someone you really care about and have some of the greatest moments of your life with...
This reminds me so much of when I went to Nevada and Arizona few months ago, seeing all those beautiful places. It was amazing, I will always relate this memory to this song. Life is Strange 1 & 2, you both changed my life ❤️
I moved from CA to AR in early spring. When I passed by Arizona, it was a beautiful place. The red dust coated streets and highways, the beautiful scenery of canyons and hills, the sky seemed so unique to me. Even the cold night I spent there was refreshing. I lived 30min from the closest beach for more than half my life and spent two years in the mundane central valley. Despite the beaches and "calmer" weather, the coastal towns and beaches never awed and inspired me. To me they felt unnatural and just lacks natural beauty and calmness. Perhaps long ago it was, but human settlement has taken that natural charm away. If I ever had the rescources to move on my own and get my own place, I would move to AZ. To me it seems to live in Arizona you have to coexist with the environment and with CA it seems you have to control the environment to live there.

In my ending, you and your brother make it to Puerto Lobos and open a Diaz repair shop. The final shot is you guys laying on the beach with beers in your hands, much happier. Though if this was a movie your ending would make for a better movie since it is more impactful.

I wasn't satissfied with that ending so far. You both weren't really happy alone in Mexico without the possibility to turn back to USA to meet mother, grandparents, Lyla and all the others. Never. I think you did the right thing to sacrifice for your brother and spend 15 years in jail, so he could have lived his best life in house with grandparents, having normal teenage life, ending school etc. It still broke my heart seeing you ALL THESE FUCKEN 15 years in jail...really...you didn't deserve it. But this is what we do to protect the ones we love, right? We sacrifice for them to enable them the best life as we can. Luckily, you still were pretty young going out of jail- being in early 30's you can still rule the world and start your life from scratch to make it wonderful. It was the most right thing to do. Crossing the border leaving Daniel? Nuh. Killing all the officers at the border and going together to Mexico without any possibility to ever go back and see mother, old friends and grandparents again? Nuh! You get killed? DAMN NO!!!!!!!!!! Redemption was the best ending ever and I felt like as far as we all might have another endings- the Redemption ending was the canonic one. I'm so proud of you Sean and you definitely don't know that but I'm exactly 4 months younger than you- I was born 15th december of 2000. I'm also 5 '7 height and have brown eyes/hair. I'm also a dreamer, a little insecure but feel like I would have never survive so long at the road as you did, and that's why I respect you so much. I NEVER related to any character game so much as to you. The last of us, Beyond: 2 souls, The Witcher 3 or Heavy Rain definitely turned my life upside down. But Life is Strange was even more special to me! Glad to have played it.

I should have never played this game. It makes me too sad xD It has flaws and some downs of course but the overall story, the journey, the brothers just tears me apart thinking of the endings.

It pissed me off how sean walked all that way in the boiling hot weather just to find his brother and daniel just rejected him when he got there

I should have never played this game. It makes me too sad xD
It has flaws and some downs of course but the overall story, the journey, the brothers just tears me apart thinking of the endings.
