Great video but would love to see these demo done on a woman also…backpack fit diffrently on a woman body and chest…I have been backpacking for years with my Arc Haul, and I absolutely love it, but it was a difficult time to adjust it to my body. Would love to see a tutorial with a woman would be greatly appreciate for us women backpackers thank you

I have an older model without the pre-curved staves - I'm wondering if the new staves will fit an older pack and can be ordered separately.
In any case, after adjusting in my mind for the differences in older and newer, I found this demo to be very helpful.

I've just seen your video it's very instructive for adjusting the bag, I just bought the Arc Haul ultra in 60 liters I'm 48 cm in back length so I took a size "S" I hope I did not make a mistake on my size
actually used this video with my arc zip ultra 62ltr as pretty much same setup

I just did nine days in the Southern Tasmanian wilderness with this pack and it was great. Tough enough but also incredibly light. I got the 70L model and that is the perfect size for me. I managed to get all my food and rain gear in with my tent and sleep system. Anything smaller wouldn't have worked.

The wide shoulder straps look very nice to me. After about 2 days , my collar bones get rubbed raw with every pack that I've tried before.

Great video, I am still on the learning curve how to adjust properly My Arc Haul 70. I have a moderate kyphosis and finetuning the backpack is more problematic for me then usual. What I already experienced, that when I load something on the top of the backpack (f.e. Z Sol Pad with a V-Strap), the backpack protrudes too much and I can feel that it directly touches my back regardless of the mesh backpanel. I did try to add additional tension with the backpanel (yes-yes, I can see already that you not recommend doing this!), but as a result the mesh panel started to cause pain on my upper curve of the back. Do you have any specific recommendation for kyposis backpackers?

5'8" 21" torso length. The pack is the Arc Haul Ultra 60L pack with the Medium Torso length and Medium Belt. The frame length and belt size would be the same on any of our framed packs.

This pack is a piece of junk. Life lesson. When you are asked to buy a car without test driving there is a reason. Zpack does just that with their packs. We spent $1,000 for two packs that would not carry any weight. To add to the problem every time we called Zpack they came back with a different lie of the weight it will carry. The response was always in ratio to what weight we said we were carrying. When we said we had 25 lbs we were told it would carry 30. When we said 30 in a different call they said 35. This pack would be nothing more than a very expensive day pack. We hiked the whole AT and saw one other Zpack. When we saw that young land again, she had traded hers in for another pack. PLEASE DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THE FAKE VIDEOS THAT ZPACK PUTS ON RUclips. These not unbiased reviews. If you see a video that just praises this bag and sounds like an infomercial, I will guarantee that is exactly what it is.

Thrilled with my arc haul. I comfortably carried 35 pounds (with my food and water ) for several long trips last year -and this year my pack will be lighter as I upgrade my gear.
