I admire this guy. He cooks so fast, in order to MEET the demands of the waiting hungry customers, anything he needs for the cooking are provided near around to make it smooth and quick, the scene looks dirty but its not, theres no time to clean every interval of cooking , the clients are hungry and waiting, if they hire somebody to clean, its a reduction of their meager profit, the chicken stocks, the liquid needed are with in reach, they looked as if dirty but it is not, they got stained and discolored by sauces and spices, the leaves inside the palstic bag have been free wash before they put it there,at the start of the video we can clearly see all the staffs are clean right? its common sense, they theme selves, even us, know , that before we use it, it need to be wash. its dangerous to wash hands when doing hot jobs, just leave it there. this guys are doing an honest and decent job.
evergisto banua are u the only one that truly seeing the beauty of street food? Because some people doesn't and always say dirty even thou it's not and they're watching the truth/ proof.

People complain about how this guy cooks but will order McDonald's not knowing who's cooking their burger and what specialty sauce is going on it haha. All that good stuff in his wok will add flavor to the food, why do you think you get that Smokey flavor from fried rice? It's because the wok is well seasoned

It seems that no matter what he cooks the seasoning is the same. This maybe why he doesn't wash the wok after each order is done .

I don't know and i don't care what any of that is, i'll eat it in a heart beat. The look, the amount of the fast movements with each ingredient he's putting in, along with the stir frying. My GOD, why can't we have the same street venders here? I wouldn't mind having stir fried snails at all.
Please mention the ingredients used especially vegetables with local names & their English names so it's easy to identify them.
Where I can find it
Here in the west, those fast food chains that destroy our health should take a page out of Asian fast food's book... Fresh ingredients, cooked on the spot, taking not much longer than waiting in line for a big mac trio.
Maryse Flore are you are abt that "fresh ingredients🤔" cause last time I check half of the fast food these day use fake shit in they food so you might wanna go and check yourself and those food in the vid are actually fresh. I can tell you never have street food OR never been to asia to TRY street food 😂
Fast food is healthier than this mess. Mixing seafood with meats and not washing your wok surrounded by flies and dirty conditions no thanks. Atleast fat food places in the west have good hygiene which is the staple of any food establishment. Also ive never heard of Mcdonalds cooking dogs and cats in woks like asian street food

Eating in a restaurant is the same thing. You just don’t see what they did in the kitchen. All you see is the waiters came out with fancy food in a fancy plates. It doesn’t mean that they’re clean, they could’ve spill your food on the floor and put it back in your plate. Over all street is the best.

Street food was the best part of being in the Navy.
This is street food, not 5 star dinning. You pay for what you get. These are working class people affording what they can. The cook is hustling, might not look appealing but they still making money. I'm sure the dishes taste amazing too, very few and simple ingredients!

I love watching people cook like this but my stomach wouldn’t be able to handle it. The thought alone of the rag near my food, the hands touching everything plus the ingredients, seems a bit unclean eating and would make me very hesitant. Although, when you’re hungry and it smells good...

It's not hygienic..the stove so dirty . They used the dirty water in the pot they don't wash the work, they used again and again..I won't eat street food tho

that is top quilety grub my friends it is not fussed around with.the dirty filth only adds to the taste factor.
Dude I couldn't focus on the foods to busy looking at the dirty wok and lids and before anybody says he can't wash after every use I've seen very clean street food vendors who wipe down after each use, no excuses!😝

I totally agree with anyone who say dirty kitchen. They should clean it regularly and change the water they are using. I am not going to eat this place.

The water in the pot that the cooker uses to add to the stir fry look so NOT clean. What the hell! If you are allergy to certain food, the street food is not for you because the cooker used the same fry pan for everything! Well, you get what you pay for.

what kind of these pride people, they always say "dirty pan" cus they want to show themselves are "superior", and they never use their brains to meditate; moreover, they know nothing, and they don't even know that this pan is hot all the time while many people are waiting for their turn to buy. "this is the food for human, U deserve not to judge cus billion people still have no food to eat".

That's the style; the main ingredient is complimented by the same suite of ingredients. Same as _Jamaican Jerk chicken_ and _Jamaican Jerk pork;_ different main ingredient, same complementing ingredients.
