An acoustic set provides artists to present their songs in various ways, note changes are just one of those instances, it also makes sense to not belt as much and choose different riffs or even change keys of instrumentation in the back isn't as heavy or loud :)
Yes @aaraykhunger1515 is right, I just want to add that an acoustic is like a stripped down version of a song, it's not so fast, its more calm and soft. Every artist is changing up the melodies and notes in an acoustic set, not just tate, so you can vibe to it, hear her voice clearly. I think her voice is beautiful, Tate is definitely born for the acoustic!
I get what you guys are saying but in reality I feel that the term became not very appropriate since acoustic means the sense of hearing or some instruments that does not need electrical amplification. In this case she is making an acoustic version so acoustic music is the music that solely or primarily uses instruments that produce sound through acoustic means, as opposed to electric or electronic means. What I'm saying is that some singers CHANGE the melody because they can't produce the original version without some base or help from a electric way to fix the pitch. @@patrik455

This is so beautiful
Slay!!
I don't get why some singers would prefer to change the melody than singing the original when they are doing it in an acoustic way...
