Another top notch video! Been watching and waiting for the tire sizer since I caught a quick look a couple weeks ago. Noticed the slight change. Had one made of plastic years ago that was similar to what I saw previously. Anticipated the tool would be back and it's at the top of my list. Expect it will be very popular. Nice to see your version of the pinion tool also. An upgrade from what has been available. Another must have!

Nice job on the tools Terry.
I have a .250 viper wheel mounted on axle whicj I put in a dremel and trimmed the outer flange off.
Using this test axle(rim) I can “ pre test” all of my slip on tires for size consistency without the danger of tearing a tire.
once I have a set of equal size on the .250 they can be final installed on whatever size wheel I am looking to go to for final diameter. Of course they are the measured for final size using tire gauge.
I find this helps get equally sized pair (usually very consistent but every once in a while you do find one off by .001-.002) without wasting a tire especially with albinos(and others) that tend to tear somewhat when pushed on or off a wheel.

You have to also account for tire temperature and allow for expansion and contraction, you would be surprised the temperature can affect the tire diameter by a half of thousands.
