i played on gta 4 5 years ago and i will play this game again there's huge difference in term of gameplay between gta 4 and gta 5 but i prefer at 100% the polic rampage of gta 4 who've way better than gta 5 it's my opinion of course, and by the way i would like to know one thing wht the FIB agent mobs are mute?

Get a police car. Then stop the car and press e. A computer will show up. Then go to the current crime option and choose a location. Sometimes it will show a cannot connect to server. Then just go to a different location and then use the computer.
