@BrightWorksGaming if you was it closely when the metal storage gets destroyed 48:34 everyone gets a boost as he overflows metal so it looks like it doesn't get lost
Thanks for posting, sir. I really like your commentary. I do think it would be nice for you to toggle the player view a bit more often for us newbies to better see how much info each team has. In any case, keep these coming!
Thank you very much for covering a game I played, I started playing this game also because of your videos! I think in this game I should have been more aggressive, especially after the first successful push, and then transition to t2 quicker...
Pretty good cast. I have to admit, I think you can improve your videos. What do you think about ending each cast with hot women jumping on trampolines??
In this game it's only due to low shiva numbers. In reality shivas are very strong but they need kargs to clear garbage so they don't splash each other
@@Slyzor1 idk every situation I see Shiva built in it just seems like it's better to have another unit >amphibious assault Build amphibious tanks, the alligator is like 50% faster and has great damage considering how many you can afford for 1 Shiva >"cheap" meaty frontline Honestly I would rather just have a mammoth, or couple a couple tigers or sumos. at least then I won't have random rockets being launched at my units because of tick spam. Sumos in particular handle t1 spam a lot better, too >siege A couple Arbiters or Negotiators does the same job 30x better because of their vastly superior range Part of the problem is that the Shiva has two different styles of weapons on it, plasma cannon for shooting units and rocket launcher for killing static defenses, but the way the game's AI handles units using their weaponry means its not good at either situation. The rockets never hit enemy units (and will often be baited into hitting your own units) and is too short ranged to be good for sieging, and the plasma cannons aren't bad but are attached to a 1.5k unit so it just doesn't feel valuable The Shiva is in an awkward spot because of all these problems and I just don't see the value of it as a result. The Karg is unironically a better siege option too because it can usually climb a cliff and attack from a different angle Thinking on it, I kind of wish they would just change out the Shiva rocket launcher with a homing missile launcher. Like a lighter version of the Banisher's missile instead of a lighter version of the Negotiator's rocket. I think it'd go a long way towards improving its usability
@@HonshuHigamori Think of shiva in a different way. It is basically tzar + banisher in 1 package except it costs less than tzar, has +20% hp, more speed and it's also an amphibious bot It's not really an amphibious assault like marauders because it needs support (that isn't amphibious) Of course it's also not a siege weapon. 800 range on a missile is nothing to write home about It's a pure fighting unit and it excels in this role. It has an amazing main cannon that does solid damage even vs single targets. When hits clumps of units it is insane how much value the splash gets. Also think of a missile like about bonus. You don't really expect it to hit but when it does it's like +30% dps boost Shivas have 2 weaknesses: spam and snipers/starlights To counter spam you need to have some kargs and catapults are amazing vs snipers/starlights. Even with a couple of them you can kill clumps of those bastards The thing is - thors exist. They kinda do the same job while having EMP resistance and EMP missiles. Right now thors are the best t3 but I expect them to be nerfed because they outperform everything else by a mile. If this happens I think shivas will be the next best t3 By the way if you like mammoths you should definitely try kargs instead. They are just better in almost every single aspect (most notable is speed difference)
@@Slyzor1 like I said, its just not good at the role you are describing. You call it a budget Tzar Banisher, but I am telling you that its a budget Tzar with a bad Arbiter rocket on it. Its a dumbfire rocket that usually misses anything thats moving, is too short ranged to be worth building for static, and needs to be used cautiously around friendlies or you risk hitting them. You are telling me I should be happy I manage to hit enemies with this and view it as a dps increase; its not, its overpaying for a unit with a useless weapon for the role its trying to fill. Why would I be happy about that? Imagine a Shiva that was 300-500 metal cheaper or so and just didn't have the rocket attached. I wouldn't miss it. Literally 50% of the time its fired, it misses, and 20% of the times its fired it hits either the Shiva or my other units. Either that or like I said, change it from a dumbfire rocket to a homing missile, like what the Banisher has. That would actually be useful. The Banisher missile is AOE and so could this theoretical missile given to the Shiva, so it would retain its aoe combat unit identity, the only difference is now half of the weapons you are paying for can actually hit lol
I'm not so impressed with the air play. The player b2d was dead weight for it's team. Too afraid to fight, and when he finally moved he lost everything. That's the typical picture of a noob, who doesn't know, what to do.
I was red this game~ Solid commentary! Was an unfortunate loss. but it is what it is.

Ahh good to know! I wasn't paying super close attention so thanks for pointing that out!
@@BrightWorksTV only checked it because you had mentioned it but yea i always wondered too
Yooooooooo your content has been a big part of why I downloaded this game!! So far I’m loving it! Thank you!
That's great to hear! Glad you're enjoying the madness :D

48:44 YA red should've just given the juggernauts to yellow so that he can fire the lazer beams...
Im so glad i saw rhis video. I liked total annihilation but it gets a bit old
Yeah I hear you, that's one reason I'm glad bar is around :)
Just laughing at zenith calling his tm a rat 😂😂
Blue left due to zenithhs comments 😅, always fun watching you keep up the great work
Man Shiva are so bad. Every time I see them pumped out they just don't seem to do anything and just kill more allies than enemies
