Have a 2019 Deluxe and love it. Added stage 2 Screamin Eagle and Rinehart slip ons. Runs hard to redline and sound great! . Awesome Bikes. Nostalgic look that all love.
I’ve got a 2020 deluxe in vivid black/billiard red. Almost 28k miles in 2 years. Haven’t had a single issue with this bike and I’ve spent thousands on upgrades! Wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Enjoyed your video; I’m now a new subscriber. I bought the 2018 Heritage 114. It’s funny that some people don’t like the looks of the new Heritage, but for me, I would never have considered the older all chrome models. I really like the blacked out with subtle chrome look. Thanks!
Great video. I watched it before and now after I bought this bike. Its every bit as you describe. I love my Deluxe! Thanks. btw...turns plenty of heads lol
Very good review!! I also hava a Dyna Low Rider TC 103 (2017) and perhaps will go to a Deluxe 2019. In my ears (I test drove a Deluxe M8) the M8 isn't louder and much stronger than my Dyna, wich is totally stock. The suspension of the Deluxe is softer, but breaks where much better on my Dyna (two discs).
I think its a question of appearance. I have the deluxe as its more my style which is more for cruising and great rockabilly looks. The Slim is more of a bolder/darker look. My quick thoughts. I was thinking of one or the other and went for the look and feel of the Deluxe. No regrets.
I have a 2006 Deluxe, and I love it! The only thing I don't like about the newer Deluxe is the turn signal "blades" - I think the bullets really add to the nostalgic look and wished they would have kept them in the M8 redesign. Otherwise, it's still quite a looker! Harley got it right with this model for sure, and was glad it was re-issued in 2005...
BluesriderDF, like you, I"m in my 50s and feel the more chrome the better. Also, I'm old school when it comes to paint. Gimme glossy, I hate how these matte colours have gotten so popular.
Chief, you must be faithful to yourself, that means ride within your skill level, and, if others aren't happy about it! That's their problem, not yours. Keep growing in your skills, both on the bike and in your videography work! Doug🏍️👍🐻
This ride is a joke. This is an escorted controlled ride. You cannot get what you want from this type of ride on the bike that you might purchase. Me, Would not buy from that dealer. Love that bike but DAMN.
The escorted ride rules are by Harley Davidson, not the dealership. Demo ride days are an opportunity to ride a dozen or more bikes if one feels inclined. If there was a bike I was seriously considering, the dealership would let me go out on an extended ride myself on a bike from their inventory.
In addition - I've never seen a true ride test of any H.D. product for over 25 years done by propper equipment and angles on a closed circuit with multiple cameras@ certain parts of the track. Maybe you guys can work on that.

Sounds like an awesome ride!
Beautiful ride and sharp bike!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
She is a looker all right!
I just bought a 19 Deluxe scorched orange. Love the bike so far. Your review is dead on
Wow, thank you. And congrats!!!
Great review - I prefer this type of personal commentary as opposed to someone listing the stats I can find on the web.
Thanks! I try to think of what I'd want to know if I were watching.

Beautiful bike! Best looking one out there IMO. Don't let that one go.

Well congrats on that 114!! Sounds like a sweet bike! I'm sure I could get used to the black, LOL
I just bought a 18 electric blue deluxe. I’m waiting on it to be delivered from Tx, :} it’s winter so no big deal but I love love the Deluxe.
I LOVE that color blue!!! Congrats!

Thanks! I love my Low Rider, but one day I hope to get a Deluxe. So many sweet bikes, so few dollars!
Instead of buying a new bike put a stage 2 and some torque cams and youll be flying
Wow what a beautiful bike
I'm with you!
Softail Deluxe vs. Softail Slim? Which one would you choose & why?

They are making lots of changes, but I agree they did a great job with the new Deluxe M8's
Nice test ride. Cool bike.
Demo days are a blast, as you know 👍
You don't like the look of the Heritage?...To me the Heritage and Deluxe look pretty close, except one is done up and the other stripped down.
For this style bike, I don't care for the black look, that's all. Gimme chrome & whitewalls. : )

@@startmeup5156 Yeah, ditto on the denim paint!
Hey BRDF, ride your ride, what others think of your riding style doesn't mean squat! You need to ride within your abilities. Doug
Well that's what I've been doing for 8 years & 50K miles now 🏍 😁

In the UK Harley just let you take the bike out by yourself! Awesome bike but too expensive for me. Thanks.
I wanted so much to just hear the motor but ......
There's tons of other vids out there if you just want to hear the M8.
Twin cam engine sounds better.
I haven't heard an M8 with loud pipes yet.

@@bluesriderDF This should have been stated right from the beginning of the video. Save a lot of confusion and other.
