The best explanation for this game. I read the rule book first, but it really helps to have someone point at items and talk about them. Although you missed a few very minor points you did not waste time with excessive cute comments or BS like a certain other group on RUclips. And that makes you far better.
Thanks a bunch! I agree I really had a good time with Jaws as well. Speaking of which I am looking to do a play through of that one soon with my friends for the channel possibly live;)
I just received horrified today and excited to play it. I understand a few things already with this video. I’m gonna watch it again lol awesome job. Any other games you recommend
It is a great game. I hope you have fun with it;) As far as recommendations it depends on what you are looking for. Currently Goonies for Funko games is good, Bloodborne from CMON, Aliens another glorious day in the core from Gale Force Nine is solid.
Thanks for watching and for the feedback. What monster do you feel is the most challenging in this game or to step it up from there what combo of three was the most challenging for you?
@@LearntoPlayGames honestly, we aren’t good enough to do 3. Most of the time with 2 we are down to the wire. Surprisingly the Mummy was the least challenging we’ve down because my son is an expert at those moving puzzles.
Thanks for the video! It was very helpful, I can’t wait to play it with my family. Question for you non Horrified related, what Avengers Infinity War game is that in the background
Your Welcome thanks for watching and posting. I had a great time playing this one with my in-laws. Thanos Rising is a fully coop game from The OP. I did a teaching video for that one as well. It is a solid game I would recommend if you like coop games;)
I have a question, if the monster moves and attacks to a place where there are two heroes. In which, one of the hero is the current player's turn's hero. Do they choose the other hero to be attacked or they have to choose themselves instead?
Thanks for watching and for the question, There are some solo rules on page 15 that change a couple of things. Other than that I would say start with two monsters and see how it goes. I have never played with just one hero. Normally I will control multiple heroes when I play. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions;)
You missed the fact that the scarabs start face up. Also, there is not the choice of having the villager attacked instead of the hero. The hero is always attacked first.
Thanks for watching and for the question. Once your character has used all their action points or chooses not to use any more you will start the monster phase for that character.
@Learntoplaygames. Would love to see a learn to play on Horrified American Monsters or least the monsters. Love the channel!
I've watched quite a few tutorials on horrified in the past and this one is far better than any of the others. Great job!
Thanks so much

Thanks so much, I try to keep it to the point and I love examples. Hope you have a great time with the game;)
I do like this game. This and Jaws are the best Ravensburger games out at the moment! Another excellent video! Keep up the good work!
Horrified or Pandemic?
Thanks a bunch! I agree I really had a good time with Jaws as well. Speaking of which I am looking to do a play through of that one soon with my friends for the channel possibly live;)
@@LearntoPlayGames I'll look forward to that video. I don't get Jaws to the table as often as I would like!
@@sinjah1 Horrified I think, got a bit bored with Pandemic!

Players choose who is attacked.
6:18 abilities dont count as actions unless stated as a special action
Thanks for watching and posting the correction.
How many monsters used in a 1 player game? Thanks

Thanks for posting, I was making the Mummy more challenging than he needed to be.
My go to channel if I want to learn how to play a game. Thanks!
How do you know when to go into monster phase
Thanks for watching and for the question. Once your character has used all their action points or chooses not to use any more you will start the monster phase for that character.
