I actually went here in Kentucky to visit president Zachary Taylor's grave what an amazing experience, I saluted him said thank you sir for serving my country and being our President of the United States and also getting a picture on the front lawn of his property, was really cool indeed as well, right in front of his house.
My grandfather and grandmother are buried at Zac Taylor. GF was a WW1 vet and lived in Louisville after he married my grandmother. I share his birthday of Jan. 24. He died the day before I was born in 1953. Been several times to visit.
A nice visit. It drew my attention because I am a distant relatve of Zachary Taylor. Dad did a lot of genealogical research and this is one bit I remember. Thanks for the visit and the information.
We love you Jeff, sorry i keep saying it but you can tell from my response how happy i get everytime i see you upload a new video. It surprises me that you have such an amazing voice and no one has said that, or maybe they have im not sure, you sound like a Netflix commentator, I really love you passion and love for presidential history, this is what makes yoiur channel special, i love that too, your amazing
Cool video. I was just there last month in November and it was a blast seeing it. I remember seeing the many burial sites of Taylor's and thinking why there were so many of them.
Thanks for showing us that Jeff. Great as always. LOL....Before you said it, I was thinking that's kind of creeping looking inside there of his old burial site!
Even though he was a US president that doesn’t mean they need a specific answer to how he died. It’s not gonna change the outcome of America in any way shape or form. He should’ve just been left where he was initially buried poor guy.
It's true. Lincoln was moved a few times, Washington had a temporary Vault as well. And I'm sure other Presidents were moved around before being laid to rest for eternity.
You are correct. Before they buried him for the last time, Robert Todd Lincoln viewed his remains to confirm it was actually him. He was well preserved. He had been embalmed numerous times during his funeral procession through the country.

Thank you for another presidential grave site. I didn’t pay enough attention in school to his history but I’m more interested now. Thank you!
Awesome video loved it
Beautiful home glad to see it's been taking care of.
As usual, another wonderful video and as always, I learned something new. I really enjoy your channel
Thank you Scott 😀

Didn’t know about the home when I stopped here and I found the original tomb by accident
I do remember when Taylor was exhumed to do that test was a huge event.
I do too. I loved presidential history from early on and was always fascinated by his story.
Thanks for showing us that Jeff.
Great as always.

Thanks Martha. Curiosity definitely got me 😀

They exhumed Lincoln numerous times.
I was born and raised in Louisville had my four kids here I've been to his tomb once and col Sanders grave recently Ali is also buried there
Surprised after 140 years they would find anything to exhume in a grave.
I agree
Great video though wasn't Lincoln technically exhumed when they reburied him in a bunch of concrete or am I misremembering?

Abe Lincoln was exhumed as well.
Yes, he was exhumed numerous times.
Zack Taylor had courage.
Actually, Abraham Lincoln was exhumed a few times.
Wasn't Lincoln opened too

@ thank you very much. I certainly appreciate that!
I heard cherry's contain a small amount of poison. Is it true?
Almond pits contain a small amount of arsenic.
Incorrect title. Abraham Lincoln was exhumed as well.
