Join us for the first of a 3 part series, ADA Lessons from Case Law, where we will examine recent court cases as they pertain to different areas of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The interactive process is one of the most important and unique aspects of the ADA. It requires employees and employers to work collaboratively, communicate, and share information, all in an effort to identify an accommodation that is reasonable and effective. Through an in-depth review of recent court cases, participants will learn what courts are saying about the interactive process, as well as practical strategies to help employees and employers engage in the interactive process in good faith.
    Presenter:
Rachel M. Weisberg, Staff Attorney and Manager, Employment Rights Helpline, Equip for Equality
