Thank you! I need to chip the ECU to come more in the range of your Z4 in hp. But with all other things done to it I hope to reach 300hp. Have you looked into the MILVS? Modified Intake Lifter Valvetronic Supports ? They give a solid 8-10hp across the curve. Google it and it will show the website where you can buy them. I’ve mounted them already and will reap the combined benefits together with the exhaust upgrades once I chip the ECU.
@@BMWEiMSport Sounds great! Wow that is very interesting, I was not aware of this mod. I know there isn't a whole lot that can be done to the N52 but that sounds like some reasonable gains there. I love these clever mechanical changes people make!
Great car and project! I will be catching up with the new episodes soon. I currently have a 125i but sadly without the 6MT trans. I have the 6 speed GM auto which won’t tune…. Manual 125i is so rare in australia so I just accept I have that gearbox. I have done the bmw performance rear muffler which has a great sound. Looking forward to following your journey so I can add parts here and there to get the most out of the N52, Nick
Hello, how are you? I have a series 1 like yours. I have a problem with the rear LED light. It does not work. I want to know what type of lamp it is running so I can buy from it now. Two new ones cost a lot for me. Can you please help me as soon as possible? Thanks
Did losing the header's catalytic converter O2 sensors throw an engine light ? I'm assuming yes and you had it coded out to ignore the fact it lost the first set of o2 sensors ?
Nice! I have one of these a 2012 128i 6MT with the MSport Package. The exhaust is sedate and quiet though. Yours sounds amazing. Will these appreciate and become collectors Items someday? The kids get more excited about the 135i. But that was a time bomb. It’s the rarest car I’ve ever owned; finding it was nearly impossible.
Everybody wants the turbo but I’m seeing way less 125i / 128i manual transmission versions. It is becoming rare. The N52B30 is the highest powered non-M 6 cylinder NA engine BMW ever made. Not counting the N53 with direct injection. That could be in the same ballpark but with some downsides (carbon build up in the ports). The N52 is really the sweet spot and if you watch some of my videos you’ll see what mods are available. I’m still working on it and still having fun. It hasn’t let me down once. Not stranded, not failed, no major repairs due to stuff breaking or wearing out. Lovely sound, great throttle response and an overall enjoyable ride.
@@BMWEiMSport you’re super encouraging. Yes I have also a 2006 325xi 6mt wagon with 284,500 on it and it’s as solid as when I bought it 200,000 mikes ago. The lemforder kit is a must.
Hi cool car I have one too, I've got a middle to back box exhaust k&n filter air scoops I can only get 240 bhp.could you plz put some links to parts you have fitted thank you 👍 keep up with the good work 👍
Headlights are for sure on the list to be worked on. I do not like the Angel Eyes style on the 1-series. For some reason it looks too much as a wide-eyed fish. A replacement of the original but with blacked out internals might be an option. Bay Optiks are pretty expensive as well ad the Bavgruppe. E92 is not my platform of choice. The 1 is smaller, lighter and has a better stance in my opinion. Things to come: Hardemann LSD Big brake kit ECU tune Dyno tests Rims redone with new rubber
@@BMWEiMSport sounds good, little bit raspy on the video but I think the headers made a huge difference there … I also own a 125i, sadly not a m sport but I am planning to fit the m sport bumpers later when I will have a budget … do you have a ig account ?
@@lukashornak4131 yes, IG is same name. The Raspiness on the video when I drive away was because I shifted to late and let of the gas for the corner there. You can keep it low and burly if you want to.
@@BMWEiMSport doesn’t make sense on a clean car. My e82 has 135k on it now. Engines strong but it would be interesting too do. Love the s65 swap people do.
getting my car today hopefully, 125i 2010, M sport Manual, 49000km, so still fresh :D so excited after watching this vid
I just bought a '13 128i (230hp) M sport here in the US. I always wanted a simple non DI, silky six and I love it.
It is mad enjoyable. If you don’t have the three-stage intake manifold, it’s a must do mod. Not all regions got that.
Sounds incredible! That's a very nice E82 you have there!

You can see a lot of details on Instagram as well. Same name there as the channel here.

this hissing sound when you stop, is this normal ? Because i have the same. Pls someone can help me

Will you do lci headlights? Why not get an e92 m3 instead of a 1m

I have thought about that as a concept and would be awesome to do on a e82 platform…… but not on my car.
