IWM is acting the same way as Nov 2021. Institiutions are clearing out all the liquidity over the last 6 months (since dec 2023) that has been sitting over highs. Looking to me like a sell off incoming, there is 2 or 3 big gaps to fill. Its also hitting at the top of the channel.
