Today I want to show you a different breakfast dish in vietnam from the typical Pho (which I love obviously) and this one will be very popular with westerners I'm sure. It's called Bò Né and literally means “dodging beef”, as in dodging the splatter of butter and oil as the beef is sizzling on a hot pan when it's brought out to your table. Bò Né is essentially a vietnamese fry up and I love it!
If you haven't had Bò NéI think you definitely have to forget the hotel breakfast and try it at Bò né bò kho nướng bơ 91 while you're in Danang
