guys,,, the title said "6 cheesy low-carb snacks" how many snacks were there? 6 was there a lot of cheese? yes was there a lot of carbs? no were they snack-material? yes idk what y'all were expecting...

Draining the shredded zucchini after adding the spices and stuff is going to take away some of the flavour; so, drain first, and then add the other ingredients.

Sydney Katz i can say the absolute same thing about high carb low fat diet. it depends on your body. i tried both of the diets, and i gained weight and had skin and digestion problems from eating high fat. and as soon as i started eating mostly carbs aka fruit, veggies, pasta, rice etc, i became slim and healthy.

Careful about Almond / Coconut flour, they absorb liquid very differently and you cannot substitute one for the other 1:1 ratio. If using Coconut Flour use 1/3 of the amount you'd use of Almond flour (or flour in general) cause it has much more fibre (believe me I threw more than one recipe away in my early low carb days because of such mistake)

My body needs low fat, average carbs and extra protien. No need to go around calling people dumb asses when you yourself don't have all the knowledge on health
i actually lost alot of weight on low carbs. And once i was frying my eggs with cheese and some the cheese turn crispy and i ate it and ever since then i been esting crispy cheese and its good and i still feel really good training

Keto leads to worse off lipid profiles in the vast majority of people. Keto is the worst diet for athletic performance. Hell, keto is so bad that the national dietitian association recommends you NOT follow keto unless under the watch of a medical doctor. Of course you lose weight on it. Anything that creates a calorie deficit will cause weight loss. But to say that a diet that deprives the body of its intended fuel source for every cell in our body,glucose. While consuming 70% or more of your calories from saturated fat to replace it is healthy is simply a denial of basic biology.

Guys low carb only works until you start eating carbs again. You’ll gain the weight back very quickly after. It basically switches your body to burning fat instead of carbs. That’s why you get super tired at first. But once your body has carbs to burn again it’ll start storing fat again. It’s basically like starving yourself. If you wanna lose weight and keep the weight off, see your doctor to talk about life style changes that will best suit you and your health needs. I know plant based, whole food, high carb low fat and hella exercise helps me. If you have a gluten intolerance then there are gluten free options with all the carbs you need for energy. And of course, it’s your body, your life, do whatever makes you happy. For all I know cheese and eggs make you happy.

We are always being manipulated without even knowing and its always because of money.
The vitamins went out with the juice when they squeezed out the zucchini. It's stupid to do that unless you use the zucchini juice in soup or something. Why does everything have to have Italian seasoning? That gets boring fast.

Just cause there is more fat in it doesnt necessarily mean more calories. If you lower the carbs, *something* has to compensate it ( fat or protein ). Calories aren't made from nothing, so if you decrease carbs, fat or protein will increase. The calories shouldn't though, if you are eating the right amount of it
