Living in central Ontario, Canada, most houses have a below ground basement. There are so many issues with houses having cracked basement walls leading to moisture etc. Dealing with that issue right now. If I want my next home to NOT have a basement, this would be ideal as I wouldn’t want a concrete pad which would crack and/or sink with frost etc. 👍
could be done but would be extremely inefficient and would cost boocoo's of dollars (be cheaper to move the trailer and then place the anchors then put the trailer back 😊
these devices will hold your home in place through a tornado. so with that reality it spawns natural no brainer legality on the senate floor and then is passed by Congress making it law
If your Manufactured Home brackets also fit shipping containers that would be worth advertising since like mobile homes containers should be sufficiently above ground to vent humidity. If not making suitable tabs for your existing plates would take little effort on a Scotchman (to prototype) or to have laser cut in bulk. PS: Lose the music next time. NO ONE seriously interested in your product cares and it steps on the speaker (who does a good job).
I am looking to place 4 shipping containers on my property in Hudspeth county Texas, essentially marl soil, on the southwestern edge of Molesworth mesa, about 1.182 miles from Hobo tank , (308 degrees). looking to be up10 feet above ground level.
I also use containers and it would be easy if the provided clamps are incorrect to fab tabs that work with container flanges. However since containers are designed to be supported by the corner fittings if they offer sufficiently large piles you could use one pile at each corner bolted to a plate welded to the corner fittings. Anti-seize the bolts and all the threaded connections on the piles and braces before install for future adjustability (cheap and easy). My current containers sit atop and are welded to heavy steel beams (demolition surplus) so I can jack the joined pair at once. The Sea Box site has some cool military and industrial container examples worth a look.
Yeah and that's triple the charge. Lol. Best way to go. A big O basepad Cinder blocks halves soaps 2x's 1x's and wedges. Cheap but yet very durable. Last forever.

This video gave me a woody. These are amazing.
is there a way to do this if there is a mobile home already in place

Hello Micheal,
Yes this is something possible, please contact our customer service and we will gladly direct you to the franchise of your sector
@@goliathtechcorporation6060 whats the number
Of course there is but I prefer the old school concrete blocks. That looks weak af.
Is this legal to use in NE Georgia for a mobile home? Tornado rating? Thanks

We have a manufactured single-wide in central texas, very rocky terrain, do you all have an application for this
Good afternoon,
It is possible to install Piles in rocky soils we do have all the equipment necessary to do so.
Don't you still need support on the outside edges and support under the doors leading inside/outside?
No. Mobile homes are built on two steel rails. The home is designed to get support from only those two rails.
Could this be installed on an existing Mobile home without having to move it ?
Hi, can you please send us the details of your project at info@goliathtechcorp.com so we can properly evaluate the feasibility?

I don't think that would work here in Northern AZ. The soil is caliche rock...it's like concrete.
in that case they would use a different type of anchor specifically designed to penetrating concrete

Does that soil shift? I know clay soil does.
@@isackhernandez3691 I haven't seen much shifting of soil here. Seems pretty solid.
Does it break the bank what's the pricing?
Hi, prices are determined according to pile size, can you please let us know your location so we can redirect you to the local certified installer?
I’ve seen pricing. Don’t think this is less than concrete footings in Sonotube.
Most likley yes. I wouldn't even bother if you don't wanna spend over 10,000
How do I buy? I can install myself
Hi Thomas ! To install GoliathTech piles, you must be an installer certified by the head office.
Sick
Great product - extremely irritating and distracting backing music. I suggest something way less intrusive, or just remove it.
😱😱😱🇦🇷
Lol that's in Sartell mn
