Why now? The Arkoah Anona family should have come forward with their dispute when Chief Nana Obokese Ampah first suggested or mentioned that he was giving the land to diasporaians as a goodwill settlement. Chief Ampah didn't do this in secret; he did it publicly, so everyone knew that he offered the land to the people of African descent as a settlement. If the Arkoah Anona family and the Asebu community disapproved of Chief Nana Ampah decision for whatever reason, they should have voiced their disapproval and alerted the diasporaians there and then. Why wait until these elderly retired people started to use their life savings to build their homes on the land to present your grievance? The people who came forward to receive or purchase the land are not rich. Most of them are using their social security or pension to build and sustain themselves. So if the Arkoah Anona or anyone is seeking financial gain, the residents of the Pan African community don't have any money to give you. This may become the biggest lawsuit in Ghana's history because it involved people from America, UK, and the Caribbean. May Almighty God, the Great Judge of the earth, arise and defend us! God, look on the afflictions of our forefathers, and let your wrath fall on those who rise up against us.

I'm very curious to know how the laws of Ghana works when it comes to surveys. I paused the video and saw that the document was signed off on August 21, 2021. Just a little over a year ago. The surveyor only certified that this "...plan is faithfully and correctly executed and accurately shows the land within the limits of the description given to me by my clients." So, if I'm some random person can I give a surveyor coordinates, pay him and then receive a certified document that basically says he certifies that the survey is accurate based ONLY on the info given to him by his client? 🤔 I didn't see where the survey was accepted by the lands commission 😐 nor did I see a registered Indenture. If I were a conspiracy theorist, my first question would be who stands to gain from misinformation that would cause Diasporan people (especially in the West) to stop moving to Asebu? Or any African country for that matter? 🤔 Anyway, the truth should come out and any violated persons (if any) should be made whole.
