Why now? The Arkoah Anona family should have come forward with their dispute when Chief Nana Obokese Ampah first suggested or mentioned that he was giving the land to diasporaians as a goodwill settlement. Chief Ampah didn't do this in secret; he did it publicly, so everyone knew that he offered the land to the people of African descent as a settlement. If the Arkoah Anona family and the Asebu community disapproved of Chief Nana Ampah decision for whatever reason, they should have voiced their disapproval and alerted the diasporaians there and then. Why wait until these elderly retired people started to use their life savings to build their homes on the land to present your grievance? The people who came forward to receive or purchase the land are not rich. Most of them are using their social security or pension to build and sustain themselves. So if the Arkoah Anona or anyone is seeking financial gain, the residents of the Pan African community don't have any money to give you. This may become the biggest lawsuit in Ghana's history because it involved people from America, UK, and the Caribbean. May Almighty God, the Great Judge of the earth, arise and defend us! God, look on the afflictions of our forefathers, and let your wrath fall on those who rise up against us.

I'm very curious to know how the laws of Ghana works when it comes to surveys. I paused the video and saw that the document was signed off on August 21, 2021. Just a little over a year ago. The surveyor only certified that this "...plan is faithfully and correctly executed and accurately shows the land within the limits of the description given to me by my clients."
So, if I'm some random person can I give a surveyor coordinates, pay him and then receive a certified document that basically says he certifies that the survey is accurate based ONLY on the info given to him by his client? 🤔 I didn't see where the survey was accepted by the lands commission 😐 nor did I see a registered Indenture. If I were a conspiracy theorist, my first question would be who stands to gain from misinformation that would cause Diasporan people (especially in the West) to stop moving to Asebu? Or any African country for that matter? 🤔 Anyway, the truth should come out and any violated persons (if any) should be made whole.

Actually the land was not free. 2021 A group of us collectively gave the Asebu Chief Nana Obokese Ampah 60,000 USD for land that he was providing for the Diasporas. We didn’t receive access to our land due to it was not his to provide. Look it up on Ekow Simpson video Hebrew Israelites visit Asebu land. JK Borsah name was on our documents as the surveyor. Without approval Chief Obokese put Darkos name on our paperwork. The next required was getting our indentures for the land. That’s when everything went south. And we found out the land was not owned by Obokese.

@@keepitreal888-gnc This is the Pan African Community in Asebu that they are talking about. If you have indentures for the land like I do, then you should have no problems because everything in that document was verified by the lands commission and the indenture was stamped with several official seals. However, those who got scammed never received their indentures even though they paid the registration fees...This happened in 2021 and it takes months before you receive indentures so no one thought there was foul play until much later. It is my understanding that they are taking legal action to get a resolution. Also, I got my indentures from Chief Okatakyi Prof. Amanfi VII and those who got scammed gave their monies to another Chief, Nana Obokese Ampah I, who should be avoided.

Certain individuals are promoting the narrative that the land in Asebu is free and The only cost is for the admin fee of $1,200 which includes surveyors, marking of the land and other administrative things. However upon further research I discovered that the average cost of a plat of land in Ghana is $1,200 so the land is not actually free so you can buy land anywhere in Ghana The average cost for a plot is going to be about the same The size of the plot may vary but the price is approximately the same so don't be fooled into only buying land in one particular area such as Asebu. Me personally being Jamaican I don't like this area because I'm looking for a location that has plenty of natural vegetation such as bananas plants papayas mango citrus coconuts Asebu is nothing but BUSH!

If they are speaking to the people in diaspora, they should speak English or have someone to interpret what is said since most diasporan don't speak Twi. Oh God! I was watching some videos of the Pan African community today, and I was so happy to see so many diasporans building their homes and slowly developing the community. If they are talking about the Pan African community, it will be a big lawsuit. Because they cannot put our people off the land after they spend their life savings to build their homes. No way! Oh yes Queen, they can put you off the land and take possession of anything you have built on the land! People from the diaspora don't understand to rules concerning land in Ghana. The Chief just administers the land, he does not own it. The families own it and if they are not in agreement and money is paid and they didn't get paid to receive their permission then the transaction is null and void and people have lost their money. In acquiring land in Ghana whether free or not, the site survey is obtained from the owners and then taken to the land commission office to see if the owners are true because land documents can be forged.
