Hi Jodie!! I’m not a doctor but I had the same issues a long time ago and it was cause by heavy lifting while moving. It’s not like I was hurt but I’ve ready that hard work out or lifting a cause that. With you working on your house maybe that was the case. I hope you are feeling better and get enough rest because that was the way I healed. ❤

I had this when i had a virus pain for 4 days ...then terrible soreness after but i massaged from sides of ribs and up

Just a thought re: flaky scalp ..may just be your scalp adjusting to temperature change from Aus? You know like tan peels etc, your scalp can do similar. Rather than any product you've used. Maybe? X

Hi. I have an inflamed cartilage in my chest and it flares up when i get stressed, i suffer with the same symptoms you are experiencing, shortness of breath and pain, almost like my lungs dont get enough air. It will pass with time, not a nice feeling when it does flare up, hoping you are feeling more like yourself soon.

Seriously Why would you hurt your poor face like that as your cheek was actually bleeding ? I mean I've obviously heard of exfoliating your skin but actually cutting it like you did was so cruel and believe me I've been under a Consultant Dermatologist for over four years due to a skin condition and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't recommend anyone doing that to anybody's face .
Please don't take this the wrong way as I absolutely love your videos as you know lovely and I hope that you got sorted for your expected Costochrondritis with Narproxen like I have been on for mine since I was diagnosed with it back in 2019 .
