    This is my favorite "Mi xao" recipe. I've been watching a couple of others but this recipe is what I've been looking for. The dish look good and the instructions and explanation make sense. Thank you.

    The tip about air drying the noodles then pan frying first and in batches is genius! I could never figure out why my noodles were so mushy all the time! Thanks for the awesome tips and videos! Keep them coming! :-)

    My brother and his wife made this tonight, using ground pork, shrimp, etc. It was super delicious! Thank you for the recipe. I guess the next time it's my turn to make it. :)

    pardon me but may i ask what you meant in 4:20? 6 to 7 minutes or 67 minutes

      Hi Seph, at 4:20, I am instructing you to pan fry the noodles for 6 to 7 minutes. I hope that helps.

    Good foundation recipe.
    Thanks for the drying tip.
    We could probably use cabbage instead of bok choy?
    If I'm lazy, I use prepared coleslaw or kale mix.

    i did it everything was nice only ze noodle got sticky may be i let it too much in boiling water anyway my daugter liked it thks

    I ordered the same thing and it was disgusting!!!! With some funky liquid flooded at the bottom. The lady told me “that is Vietnamese food” what a disgrace, compared to this lovely looking dish
