As a french, I like Kolbe very much since his Toulouse days, but sorry, i don't really like when people are lying for a romantized tv storytelling. Kolbe certainly analyzed Ramos kick, but he also objectively had his foot on the line and anticipated Ramos move by a second. This allowed him to make this charge down. All camera angles confirmed it afterwards. Just lucky O'Keefe hadn't the courage to review it.
GG for your win SA. France missed their chances to win that game. But you really have to be kidding me here... The rule is clear. You can not overstep the line when charging a goal kick and Kolbe's foot is on the line. So disappointed that even himself really thinks he got it legit. Rule is that you can begin to attempt a charge down when the kick begins his motion towardds the kick...Ramos's motion to kick is to kick his left foot back and then walk forward and kick. Kolbe charged as soon as Ramos lifted his back foot. Where some people may be confused is that Ramos doesn't walk forward immediately and ppl think that you can only charge when the kicker walks forward, but thats not the case. The start of the motion is all thats needed and thats when kolbe charged. Been reviewed independently and confirmed...sorry dude - sometimes your teams just lose😂

Insane to think that 99% effort would not have been enough. He literally needed to give it all. A 100% at every step. What a legend.
Every step including that first step which was TOO EARLY
Incorrect. As per rules, movement in ANY direction a player can prevent the kicker from converting. #FACTS @@gabis2603
