Maybe check if your PC is limiting how much processing 3tene can use? Or it's your webcam. Otherwise I would try a different tracking software and see if you have the same problem.

So I just made an avatar last night on Vroid but I can't bring it to 3tene because somehow the saved file for the avatar isn't a VRM, is there a way to make it a VRM file? EDIT: I did figure that out but at 1:28 when I try to start the webcam it pauses, has a little loading screen then says it doesn't have permission to use the cam, and if it does I need to lengthen the loading time. The webcam works fine on its own but I can't get it in 3tene
I got all the steps you have done, but i am running into a bit of an issue. In my Streamlabs obs I do not have Game Capture... Do you know how I could go about getting my avatar in my stream a different way? If not it is understandable.
Don’t know if you still reply to comments for this video, but today, I tried doing my re-debut stream with a Vroid model I made a few weeks ago; the problem I ran into was that my model’s mouth would not close, no matter if I was speaking or no. I also don’t know if mentioning this would be useful, but I’m using my laptops built-in webcam and not an external camera.
Hmm, did you make the model in the old or stable version of vroid studios? It could also be the upward angle of your laptop webcam isn't registering your face correctly; since it's prefered to be a straight shot
This is the most amazing tutorial I watched so far. It really helped me set up everything, just one question. How can i use the actions on 3tene on streamlabs? I made actions by pressing a word on keyboard but it's not letting me use it once I get on streamlabs
Thank you! You have to make sure that you are ON 3tene when you activate your actions. Like click on the program window and then activate the action. Othewise you are pressing a action key while playing a game.
I had a problem I dont know why when Im on streamlabs and them put my vrm avatar idk why my eyes change color depends what clolor do I put on steamlabs
Sounds like the greenscreen background in streamlabs is messing with the green in the eyes. I stopped using 3tene so I can't think of a fix. I would try out VSeeFace since it has a transparent BG, and there's a tutorial for that set up on my channel
Steam labs had an update there is no theme capture anymore just game capture and Display capture it is now screen capture and to crop is 180 left and right.
@@NinjaDee I have that as well I just like steam labs because it’s much simpler when it comes to filters and all that stuff I just really can’t figure out OBS because I like to have my air conditioner running while I’m playing on steam labs I just put a filter up so people can’t hear the fan of my air conditioner on OBS I can’t find it.
@@tbh8099 You can change the sensitivity in the settings! I noticed that even though I open my mouth for an "a" sound, it wouldn't open enough, so I changed the sensitivity on the mouth settings. Hope it helps! (There are whole settings for the face, and it should be easy to find :)) )

Thank you! And unfortunately that's a laptop issue :( Most laptops don't have the processing power to track the avatar and stream. The PC spec requirements are on the programs website
How do I fix the fact that when I go to turn on the tracking, it loads and then tells me "The Webcam Setup has timed out. Please grant 3tene permission to use the camera, change the wait time if Authority is allowed"? I don't see any setting to grant it perms to use the webcam. I'm only using my laptop webcam so that might be it??
@@NinjaDee As of right now it’s just a little bit higher than normal but I tried different angles and still have the same problem. Now my camera won’t activate on my program because it needs permission when it was just working 😭

You did it correctly, that's weird it doesn't move though. Did you make sure each hair strand was in a bone group or that the direction of the bone group was correct?

Dreadlocks are hard to do; it took me a long time to get it to look right

It shoulds like your graphics card may be having an issue. I would try updating all your drivers and 3tene

Ty! Your webcam cannot be used on both 3tene and obs. You need to disable your webcam in obs for it to be used in 3tene

You can only track 1 avatar at a time, but you can have png images of your friends at the bottom (like what you see in my gameplay videos)

That is the only way hotkeys work in 3tene. It's why I like VSeeFace- I have a tutorial on that on my channel as well

You'll need to check your security settings on your laptop, it's usually a firewall issue

VSeeFace can do expressions, and that's the biggest difference between the two
