I luv'd seeing your beautiful colored pages. The butterfly is my favorite but they are All wonderful🎇 Your art journaling was so fun to see! I want to start an art journal and to tell the truth i just have to Start! That is the only way to learn....Sooo enjoyed your glue book art! I also like the grid layout style. On the page you were asking about , maybe a cooking theme with stickers or it could be a garden theme with big bold flowers. You could also dry brush the background with gesso or white/cream acrylic paint to "push it back". Those are a few ideas i have. You will think of the perfect subject and images in time. Isn't that the way art is.😄...The glue page dedicated to your Mom and Dad's wedding is just fabulous! ...Thanks Very much for sharing your art Liz. It inspires me!💐🌺💚🙋

Thanks so much Valerie, I hadn’t thought of using gesso on the background grid layouts, but the idea is quite exciting, I may give it a try, and see where it takes me, my problem with the grids is that i kind much f fall in love with them lol and galf want to leave them just like that! Maybe I will leave 1, gesso and then glue on another and just glue on a third and see which way prefer. You’ve sparked my imagination! Thanks so much 🌸🥰

Liz your videos are always interesting and informative, your coloring is beautiful - though I'm not into journaling, I found this video holding my attention - who knows I just might just try journaling in the future because of you!!! Ref the grid that you don't know to add to it , my suggestion would be contrasting colored flowers.
