Great review. I have mine, but it's just not possible to get that dagger loop around the belt, is it? I feel like in the beginning of your video you tucked the string under the belt and the fist is holding it in place? Wish the string was longer.
Correct in the beginning of the video it was just resting there (because I wanted it more vertical), but it is possible to loop mine around the belt as shown here: instagram.com/p/CVT4IJpM9zC.
Its great having the figure on that size. Mezco set the bar higher when it comes to detail that can match against any 1/6 figure and be able to be travel size.
I got it from a custom cape maker named Max Bird. It was for a standard Mythic Legions figure and doesn't quite fit around his neck, so I just have it held there with King Kong's head. I'm not sure if he still has i available, but his site is takonyan.myshopify.com.
I was disappointed that he does not have Butterfly joints for holding weapons duel-handed, so I didn't order inspite of having owned many of the Paperback books in the past. Bought some of the NOTA blank bodies in hope of making my own (enroute). Hopefully someone will sell some extra heads or cast of that headsculpt so I can complete my project with the articulation I want. May Crom be with me.

Great review. I went ahead and checked around an was able to score another one from a seller on Amazon for a decent price. Your right about retailers putting them out as they are getting there orders in. I can't wait to receive mine definitely my most anticipated figure this year.
Great review! My most anticipated Mezco figure (I’m a big Conan fan!) and they didn’t disappoint. I think it’s the best Conan figure from any line ever and I’m having a lot of fun with mine. Have to say, I agreed with everything you said in your review.
That was when the website was fooked so they charged me for 4 figures upfront since only PayPal worked for me and it’s been 2 years now. The figs are deff for collectors but the customer service is for schmucks.
I just received mine a couple days ago. Almost two years is too long of a wait, but he is awesome. I agree with the size issue. I think of Conan as about 6' 6" tall, as he is usually depicted as the tallest guy in the room, in most books and comics. (in the first book, he is described as being 6' by the time he is 15 years old, and I would consider this figure to be a 25 to 30 year old Conan.) So, for 6'6" the figure would be 6 1/2" tall. He definitely looks small next to my 1/12th scale Xesray gladiator figures.
He is 6 and a half inches tall. He’s not really out too small for 1/12 scale. He’s just not big enough to be imposing next to Mythic Legions and especially not next to the huge Xesray figures.
@@DorkLair Yeah, I guess he is. I hadn't actually measured him until now. (Maybe the Xesray's are more of a 7" line.) It would be nice if he were the size of the 80th anniversary Thor figure. I can't really complain though, this figure is amazing looking and feels so high quality, when you fiddle with it.
