I have vericose veins problem along with spider veins in both legs.i donet tests and ultrasound to diagnose the stage having blood tests from cmc ludhiana during 2022.
I have too many swelling veins upto thighs.doctor suggests me to have surgery.
I took homeopathy treatment for one and half year from a dr vishwanarh sood.
Along with this i continue massage with olive oil having garlic added in it
I do exercise and wear full length stockings daily for hours.
Now clots from my feets are disappaered
After long time treatment with patience and daily routine workout i succeed to get rid of this problem
Now sllowly slowly vericose veins are disappearing
I thank God that 🙏 i feel better day by day

Dr. Sahib please make a video on exercise for upper part of body, I have discomfort in shoulders & lower back when I sit even for a short interval. I have tried different chairs and tables to make sure my posture is good. Tku.

IN presence of cervical stenosis, I would advise you to consult a physiotherapist and then do the exercises

The ulcer X stocking is a double layered stocking to be used till you have an active ulcer. After it has healed, you may switch to class 2 stockings and wear for 3 to 6 months. Exercises are usually allowed 1 months after the procedure
Can I do exercise these exercises?last year I had surgery for liver abcess fatty liver stage 1. I had surgery in right knee two & half year back in right knee for removal of bone piece. Pl. suggest.
You should consult your ortho surgeon about the same

For knee arthritis patients, we would advise not to do squats or hamstring curls. Instead, your physiotherapist would have already taught you quadriceps strengthening exercises which you may do. Rest exercises would be fine.

For those who have knee arthritis, they should avoid squats. However the knee bends can be done with some degree of chair support.
Can you advise for bulging hand veins? Mine come and go. Does diet affect these.
Bulging hand veins may be related to exercise and hard work. Nothing much is required for that!
Hi sir, i have a vericose vein problem. As of now, im postponing the surgery. Does this exercise and diet help to cure reverse back the blod clots.
All conservative methods can partly control the varicose veins problem, but cannot cure or reverse the disease. So if it is increasing, you may get your veins treated as a planned procedure by a vascular surgeon

For knee pain, I would suggest an orthopedic doctor

someone with arthritis of knee can do these except the squats.

with these existing problems, it's better to consult a physiotherapist and then start with exercises

Does varicose problem effect heart blockage or problem sir
There is no direct correlation with varicose veins and heart blockages. However, if there are clots within the varicose veins and they can rarely travel to the lungs and cause problem to heart or lungs.
Any exercises for sciatica? I have tried therapy, etc. But nothing has worked.
If the sciatica or nerve compression is severe, exercises and therapy may not be useful. Please consult a neurosurgeon and get an MRI done

With knee pain, you may avoid the squats. however, simpler knee bends and hamstring curls can be done under supervision.
Sir, do you recommend Vajrasan as one of the blood-flow exercise for legs ?
Vajrasan is a good exercise for knee and quadriceps or patella. However, it is not very beneficial in improving the blood flow.
Can one do these with knee arthritis
Yes, someone with knee arthritis will be able to do most of these but use a chair support. Also, squats would be difficult and can be avoided if you have knee problem.

It's always best to consult your orthopedic surgeon before starting any new exercise routine, especially after a knee replacement. However, as a general rule, people with knee problems should avoid squats. Rest exercises should be easy to do.

In pregnancy, the hamstring curls can be avoided. Also be careful with the squats. Rest all are safe during pregnancy

You are likely to have a back problem and would need a physiotherapist to evaluate and help you with some exercises.

Spleen is also enlarged in size.
With an enlarged spleen and abdomen distended, you can still perform calf exercises and knee bends.

Yes, but be careful during calf raises and if there's extra pressure on the ulcer, then it's better to avoid this. All other exercises are ok for Diabetic foot
