cubers who are barely sub 20 can't even look ahead properly... Tracking pieces is more like a new thing to them and pretty much not even possible. I'm sub 15 with a few sub 10 solves and several sub 12 solves and only my fast solves I was able to track pieces. If people who are just about sub 20 understood everything and was able to do what he was saying they wouldn't be just about sub 20 ,they would at least be sub 12 or sub 10 consistently...

This definitely is more of the max park path that plays to the strengths of tps and look ahead.
I think for the majority of people it’ll definitely be the way to go and at the end of the day everyone is going to need a big measure of this alone to get fast.
However, I also think there’s a good chunk of people like me that struggle in the tps department and I think for that’s where the advanced stuff starts to become more useful earlier.
This was a good reminder though that I need to just be better at my look ahead and LL tps haha

I got second place in my last OH competition, and for me, using as little table abuse and rotating in the air is the same speed as using table abuse, and rotating in the air makes lookahead a little easier. I recommend trying to use as little table abuse when rotating. Those are my 2 cents. Good luck!

Trying to get faster right now. F2L is pretty fast, but my ll isn’t great. Currently averaging 12. Trying to cut down on things like F2l rotations and regrips.

I usually rotate like 5-7 times.

I currently do LL in 4-6 seconds. (2LLL, Oll, Pll)but I have learned lots of new algs, and have been optimizing fingertricks.

8:00 you could have done way better (what i have done)
    solve the red green pair w/ U' L U L'
than U2 and key hole the white blue orange corner
    than F' L F L' for the last pair
witch gives you really nice oll so just U' and the s move alg and than jperm

I'm 31 y.o. and just got into cubing at the end of 2020. My average is 35s and my biggest struggle is consistent tps/execution. Idk if it's cause I'm a bit older but sometimes I'm like "did my fingers just do that?" And other times they are like snails.
