October 11th - Further Harmonica Practice... Bending is Easier!

Practice is the name of the game.
Ever since my last video on practicing with the harmonica, I feel marginally improved. Bending is easier, both in speed and precision. I can tongue block 2 holes (out of 4) for a good octave.
Making these videos reminds me that I need more practice.
I recently heard a little piece of advice that's sticking with me:
"Practice what you're not good at." (Paraphrased, I think). If you only practice what you're comfortable with, it becomes very hard to improve anything else. So, as uncomfortable as bending is, it shall be my focus.
I like to practice in my car during lunch. Gets me out of the way, and I don't subject anyone to my strange notes and sounds. The acoustics inside a car aren't the best. Cars and trucks drive by regularly. That's all alright. I'm just there for me.
My favorite sequence today: -4 5 6, -4 5 6 -6, -4 5 6.
-4 5 6 is mirrored in -1 2 -2. I want to find a way to use that combination to move up and down octaves. Making a note here for me to do that.
