This is exactly the kind of review I was looking for specifically for this router!
Thanks!
Hi from Indonesia, just bought this about a week ago for my apartment (about 1570 sqft) and it basically covers most if not all parts of the apartment. VERY easy setup. Well worth the price. So far no complaints yet.
Appreciate the Feedback
Great review man, thanks. I'm looking forward to buy this router, I hope the signal range in my house will be good. I was disappointed with my previous router (I've tried to use Huawei AX3 Dual Core) due to it's pretty poor signal range ( both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz networks were like 2/5 signal after just one wall :/ )
super cool video man! THX for this review
Keep on rocking my friend. Another valuable review. I am really impressed by the results of this $70 router.
Thanks again! Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews, and share.
Thanks for taking your time on that.
Would you recommend this as an access point?
It will be a normal a house with 2 1200sqft levels. I will be using a thin rack mount computer with PFSense as a router then an Arista Layer3 10gbit switch for wired connections. So I just need an AP but I want somethings thats wireless 6 capable.
This review was the best. Straight to the point. Thankyou sir!! Subscribe & liked.
Appreciate it. More good stuff is coming.
Just brought one of them myself and it's a great med/high range router. If you have 250/500 internet connection, this router will do just fine. The new firmware update, it now supports WPA 3.
Thanks for the Feedback.
Thank you for the review. This is great.
probably the best router review I have ever seen on youtube, keep up the amazing work! Can't wait to receive mine tomorrow
Wow, thanks! Much Appreciated. Don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews and share
Getting mine new ax1500 today :) Very excited :)
The only thing I would ask is a consistency test for 20 minute consistent data stream over local server. Something like a 200gb transfer over local network to test random drops.
That was an excellent review, very detailed!
Thanks Much Appreciated.
Thanks for great review. TPlink has good products, and price at only $70 it is a good wifi 6 router i guess.
Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Share + Watch other reviews on the channel.
Is the VPN server option In the router interface to secure the network? Example running ipvanish from router will secure all devices on the network Instead of running ipvanish on devices individually? Thanks
Hello thx for the great vid
How does this compare to the Azores ax1500 you reviewed?
Speeds? And reliability?
excellent router for the money. I replaced my Netgear AC1900 for the tp link
is there a settings for blocking mac address or devices?
Damn thanks for being so detailed!
Appreciate it
May I know the kind of wall or floors in your house? If it’s brick and concretes or just wood
How's your speed on 2.4ghz?
Great Review! Looking forward to get this router! One question, what is the name of the app you are using on your iPhone? It is available for Android? Regards.
You are talking about iPerf?
What is your IPS internet speed how much speed you pay for
Amazing review
How is it now? And does it good for ps5? Because PS5 support wifi 6
Now this is how you review a router. Thank you very much for doing all this for us. Thank you very much.
My only question is, how many devices can it simultaneously support?
he did a 5 stream tests on iperf, that simulates 5 devices streams at the same time
Thank you for the video ,very informative. I am going doe this router is it sti good?
BSS Colour is only available on the models up, ie. The Archer AX20 and up, the Ax10 doesn't support it.
Great Video Thanks Bro Any Heating Issue
What company provider do you guys use
Is it better than Xiaomi Ax3600 Aiot router?
They are adding the "One Mesh" support for this router so it can be added to or help create a mesh network.
That would be Excellent, but i think that would be completely new router. Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews on the Channel.
They also added wpa3 support
How does this compare with the TP-Link Archer C80 AC1900 Dual Band Wireless modem? Have you done this product review?
This is better than Archer C80
What's the antenna dbi?
Thank you so much for the review. It was really helpful.
For a final decision, what should I choose? which is more reliable and fast and holds more speeds?
TP-Link AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Router (Archer AX10) OR TP-Link AC1900 Wireless MU-MIMO Wi-Fi Router (Archer C80)
I pay for a 400Mbps fiber Internet.
I would go with AX1500. WiFi 6 with OFDMA, and more
@@DealUnboxing I pay for a 500Mbps should I get this one? I have about 10 devices in my house on WiFi
@@a_toasted_bagel6410 Yeah this should be a good router.
@@DealUnboxing ok greats thanks! Nice video btw I subbed :)
Do you need a modem or does it have a built in one??
you need a modem, it only has ethernet ports
HI, I know that this is a older video, but i'm thinking of getting it, and i need to know. like can i place this anywhere i want or does this needs to be in a specific spot like, near my home router
You can place anywhere you want, i would recommend keep it in the middle of the house if possible. Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Share + Watch other reviews on the channel.
Put the router as he had suggested, please don't put the router in the basement. Please not to forget to update the firmware for the router.
wouldnt it be a con if WPA3 isnt availbale?
Do I have to have any kind of plan or anything pre installed in my home for this to work?
UFB fibre plan.
Can you tell me what speed we can get on non supportable wifi 6 devices i mean like wireless ac device.thanks
Should be pretty good, depends on the product model and its WiFi card. Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews, and share.
@@DealUnboxing thanks for reply buddy.
Is it good for gaming and for a house wifi
excellent video
How much devices connected?
Nice review
Appreciate it. Don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews and share
Hey bro, which one to buy between Tp link A9, Archer C80 or Tp link AX1500 ?
AX1500
I have no wifi on the other side of the house but have Ethernet ports there, can I just buy this and plug it into an ethernet port to get a wifi signal?
Yeah. If you want to use it as a repeater or WiFi Extender. please check the review especially the setup section to make sure it has those options. It has been a while i posted this review and don't have the router anymore.
is this good for gaming? and also, how many devices can it handle?
It's fine for gaming
Can you connect it to the router via wireless or it needs to be connected via LAN?
Hello, do you have access to Huawei routers? The cheapest AX router in the market is "Huawei AX3, Quad-Core, AX3000" in Germany. I wonder if it's any good. Do you have any information about this model? Thanks for the great video!
I did review Xiaomi AX3600, but not Huawei.
How does this compare to the T-Link AC1900 802.11ac models?
This is better.
Want a review of the asus ax3000 router pls...
I will do my best. Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews, and share.
Can I use it as one mesh extender ?
It is not a Mesh Router.
How are you getting around the same speed on uploads?
Why not? Are you have upload speed problem?
@@DealUnboxing my uploads speeds are a lot lower. 207.7 mbps down and 10.7 mbps up
Can I use this as an extender if I already have a router?
Nope. It is a Router.
Hello can we create different wifi for gaming with higher speed, and create lower one's for others to use ?
Yes. You can keep 5GHZ and 2.4GHZ separate.
HUAWEI AX3 ROUTER WIFI 6 or TP-LINK ARCHER AX1500??? they are both pretty much the same price where i live which one should i buy?
TPLink.
@@DealUnboxing my upload aren't consistently match the g3100 although my plan is 200/200 FiOS gives a speed boost 305/340 my upload tops are 190 occasionally hits 300 on uplink
Can u review tenda ac23 it will be very helpful
Does it have mu mimo and wpa 3 protection
I show all the settings available in the video
I considered this router, but didn't like the limit of 80hz for wifi6. Considering your test results, that might not matter. I ended up with the ASUS RT-AX58U because of the broader frequency spectrum and I like the web interface and updates with ASUS. TP-Link isn't so frequent or reliable with software updates.
Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews, and share.
Asus has more features too.. in routers of this range.. one of the lan ports can be converted to another wan port and you can have 2internet connections clubbed together..
The usb port of the asus router supports 3g/4g dongles too..
@@SoumyadiptoGhose So you mean, useless features
Specs aside,, how does this compare to Jetstream AC3000 in the real world?
Jetstream AC3000 is AC WiFi 5 as this is AX WiFi 6 router. As you can see in the Review is better in WiFi performance and range. Appreciate the Feedback. Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews, and share.
Best router under 100$
Hello sir
Please help me I am confused between two routers -
Mercusys MR70X
AND
TP Link Archer AX10
Please clear my doubt and help me.
Thank you
Don't have experience with Mercusys, but TPLink WiFi 6 should be a good choice.
@@DealUnboxing can you please discuss with other people and tell me please
The AX10 is the 1500 in this video. They are the same model.
Tp link ax1500 vs Tp link Archer c80 which to buy???confused
TP-link AX1500
Review is good it could have been better if you would have exactly showed how far you are going from router
I mentioned the distances for all the tests in the video.
@@DealUnboxing yes i got it but still approximate diagram would have explained it better (the number of walls and stuff )
Can you please tell me which router I should go for D-Link DIR X1560 AX1500 or TP-LINK ARCHER AX1500 as both are showing same price on amazon? Will appreciate your quick response? Thanks alot for nice videos.
I would go with TPlink, because it performed better in our review
@@DealUnboxing Thanks a lot. I will go for TPlink then :)
How is this compared to D Link AX 1500?
I think i should do comparison video. Appreciate the Feedback Please don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews.
@@DealUnboxing thanks - Good review - liked + sub
Can u mention best mesh router with wifi 6 capabilties for a home
It all comes down to your price point, number of devices and type of devices you have in your home.
Is there a tp link you would recommend?
To be honest all TP-link products has been great. It depends on your budget.
Hi.Thanks for the review.Does this router support mesh functionality? Also how much range can it cover with 100% strength on 5Ghz band in feets?
No it does not. Thanks! Appreciate the Feedback. Please Sub + Like.
No it does, and i answer your question as well.
does it support repeater operation mode ?
It supports Access Point Mode. checkout the setup section of the video. Appreciate it. Don't forget to Sub + Like + Watch other reviews and share
Can we integrate Tp link mesh system?
No this is not a mesh system
This router or TP-Link AC1900 Archer C80 ?? what is better ??
This router.
@@DealUnboxing What about Asus RT-AX55 802.11ax Dual Band Wireless WiFi 6?
The Asus Ax55u has slightly faster speed and has mesh capability, while the TP-Link Ax10 doesn't support mesh.
Are you sure it supports MU-MIMO?? I only found information that it supports OFDMA, but didn't mention MU-MIMO at all
I would only buy if it support MU-MIMO
It doesn't support MU-Mimo, that info is wrong. Go for Asus routers they have MU-Mimo in almost all routers
@@NyeemAlAhad it says on the TP Link site that this router supports both OFDMA and MU-MIMO
It does support Mu-MIMO. I have this exact router myself and the MU-MIMO feature is in fact available on the 5ghz band.
@@ImJordy85 My bad.
I bought it though last week. How do I find out if Mu-MIMO is enabled?
@@ImJordy85 Thank you :)
I already bought it and use it 1st day today
Nice One
I need this as we getting 3 kbps upload
Hmm. It could be your ISP? Appreciate the Feedback.
Can get wpa3 on this even with just wifi 5 adapter.
not with WiFi 5 Adapter. I don't think any WiFi 5 Adapter supports it.
@@DealUnboxing iD-Link DWA-171 is one, but you need Windows 11 for WPA3.
@@cam553 No. You need WiFi 6 devices to clients to select WPA3.
@@DealUnboxing I’m using it in Windows 11. IWPA3 is visible in my wifi settings and wpa2/wpa3 personal is selected in my router menu. Windows 11 notified me when I first connected with AX router that the connection was using wpa3 encryption and security. Some wifi 5 devices do in fact support Wpa3. This does not mean the connection is AX speeds however. I verified wpa3 compatibility with a windows command found on the Microsoft site.
Is it good for gaming?
Yes. It is good for its price point.
As far as I know ,, there ripping us off on buying a. Roters...
Hi is this a Fibre router
What do you mean Fiber? It is Ethernet based and can be used as FIOS internet. If that's what you mean.
How much speed can it give in 2.4ghz ..
300 Mbps on 2.4Ghz
@@DealUnboxing no no iam asking in real world usages...like it give 800mbps..in 5ghz...so will it give 150mbps in 2.4ghz
Realistic speeds on 2.4 are anything up to 150mbps in my experience. 802.11n doesn’t change with better routers because it’s still an old single band system and only has around 9-13 channels available. 2.4 is highly populated already and receives a lot of interference from anything to garage door openers to baby monitors and radio control gear.
@@cam553 ya but if your device have high link speed in 2.4 then it will give 200 mbps
@@cam553 ruclips.net/video/zOjcwmenJDg/видео.html

No load??
no load? can you please elaborate?
The problem with these bloody Chinese modems is they are junk, and it's Russian roulette if you get a good one. I've been thru 3 of them before I got my money back and now I'm looking for something better.
u should work for tp link you sold me on buying one
Appreciate it.
Your phone is not compatible with 802.11ax
Check the specs the only phones having wifi 6 rn is samsung and pixel and oneplus. Very few laptops have wifi 6. Dude do better I am 12
Just kidding but really those specs i said were right
Just started video, hope to find out if the eithernet ports are 1/1000. You see all the bullshit about wireless speed are wasted if the router eithernet connection to your gig speed modem is only able to push 100 mgps through it. That is 1/10th of what your paying for with your gig speed internet connection.
Bottom line the bullshit advertising about 5ghz wireless speeds leads to wasted money because no matter what your wireless speed is, with 10/100 eithernet port the over all speed is always going to be at max 100 mgps, its all an advertising lie that the companies selling this crap knows about, they always knew its a MAJOR BOTTLENECK.
That is why you never see the eithernet ports specs are on the box! And hell I can't find them online, even for the router in this video.
I've got 3 TpLink routers all screaming about their 856 mgps 5ghz wifi yet the eithernet ports are 10/100 so the fast wireless will NEVER be any faster then that.
I am so pist off
Is this 5g internet router

Every one of these wifi6 reviews are people with unrealistic internet connections... you do know 95% of the people only have like 10-50mbps down & 3mbps up right?
This wifi 6 /AX is good for LAN, such as having own home server and network storage. For internet, wifi AC is enough for normal household.
Unrealistic? The video shows real world internet connections. Maybe what you meant was "Uncommon".. but even with today's standards, 1gbps down speeds are becoming more common as we speak. Hence the dawn of wifi 6 devices.
But if you're in Australia then yes, most common household internet speed is 25mbps. Here in North America, 500mbps is common.
Impossible to understand this video
You call this a "review" ??
