Black Panther is one of the most beloved characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it’s no wonder why. His first solo entry is excellent, filled with tons of memorable, crowd-pleasing moments. But while fans may marvel (no pun intended) at the final product, we’re willing to bet you might have missed some of the intriguing moments behind the scenes.
For instance, while the Black Panther suit may look fancy on screen, it’s a slightly less striking presence in real life. Fight scenes that seem to be taking place in real time or even in one shot have actually been constructed together bit by bit by editors in post-production. Michael B. Jordan sat in a make up chair for hours while each of Killmonger’s scars was meticulously placed on his body. You also may not have known that the mid-credits sequence was originally intended to be the film’s ending. Donald Glover has already proven he’s pretty much amazing at anything he tries his hand at, and he and his brother Stephen actually lent their writing expertise to a draft of Black Panther’s screenplay. You may have noticed striking similarities between T’Challa and everyone’s favorite British secret agent James Bond. According to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, these comparisons are on-point because he always felt like Black Panther should be the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s James Bond. And while Nakia might be T’Challa’s love interest in the film, her character in the comic book skews much darker.

+ he only showed the first suit. and that was what we saw in the beginning of black panther and in captain America, he should have shown the revised one.
Fun note Disney wanted T'challa and the rest of Wakandian to have a English or British accent, while Chadwick pushed them to have a african accent. Smart move on Chad, wouldn't make sense for them to have a British accent

Wtf.... obviously we already know about CGI, editing, amd how the movie shooting works... Like duh, they don't shoot a scene all in one day, actors have different schedule and action choreography takes time to perfect. This didn't really changed everything

I watched the behind the scenes of the casino fight; even they had to shoot it multiple times, it’s actually still done all at once. Everyone is that one scene fighting did so in every shoot.

T'Chaka being portrayed by father and son actors was an inspired choice. Also, DUDE YES please allow Shuri to put on the suit. She can make her own gagdets and has combat training, not to mention vibranium can do almost anything (a neat trick for creative license as far as writing is concerned).
