I sell this printer in my line of work. I love it. It costs more than other printers of similar spec, but then again the ink bottles that come in the box end up making your transaction cheaper than other inkjets because with those you have to buy cartridges separately as well as the printer at check out.
I have a paper pick up problem. Its not picking paper and damaging the bottom side. When I looked the bittom, I saw a little spring was there. one side is detached. I dont know how to place it properly. There is no exact picture for this printer’s bottom so I can understand whats wrong. Is there anyone having same issue?
I don’t know about anyone else...but I bought one on 08/08/21 made a total of 300 or so copies a mixture of black & color and I have 1/4 black ink left in the tank. 300 copies is a far stretch from 7,500🤨🤷🏾♂️ !?!
Hello I have this exact printer and I recently bought it. It was open box and open the whole printer because I had an error and I noticed that in the far left back there was two loose ribbons..is that common

Missleading you cant print sublimation unless monet sublimation ink

How can I connect the scanner to my Chromebook? I bought a USB cable.. no luck. Very frustrating 😠

Try using the Epson app
