- Now that the basic fuselage form has been built time to give it some shape.
Bending and fixing plywood sheet can seem daunting it need not be so. - Кино
This is so satisfying.❤ You find a plan and change it bit by bit, as needed, and thus get a satisfactory result.
And you know that you can and will do even better next time.
Thank you very kind words.
i tuoi video sono molto interessanti ed utili per il futuro di una costruzione in balsa , non conoscevo appieno la tecnica del vapore e percio' mi sento felice per averla appresa , grazie tutto serve per migliorare le proprie conoscenze
Mark nice Deck install, had to have something for the plywood to stick too. Jeff in LA USA
Nice work mate, love this kit so far ,love that ply turtleneck 🤙🤙🤙
So far it's involved very little head scratching a sign of a good design I 🤔 think.
Good thinking you noticed what needed to be done, great job 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Well done. I think I would have added at least another reinforcement piece at the top of the turtle deck to give another glue surface. I also think I would have probably marked the plywood after half of it was glued and then used scissors to cut it. It look awkward trying to cut it while on the model with the straight edge and knife. Carrie on!!
I might just use scissors next time.
Mark, what brand CA do you use? I have trouble applying very small amounts. You seem to just zip right along. I'd like to find a thin CA with appropriate applicator tip. Thank you
Nothing special with the CA just a thin brand mxbon 606 plus these tips www.amazon.co.uk/Extender-Precision-Applicator-Dispensing-Dispensers/dp/B0BXX7BHYF/ref=asc_df_B0BXX7BHYF/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=697265147963&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=387001638737921154&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046767&hvtargid=pla-2204446011555&psc=1&mcid=bcee1efe68b4324bb9c4f6b5ca2382c6&gad_source=1
CA doesn't penetrate plywood like it does balsa so sometimes difficult to get it to bond.
Agree this seems to have a firm grip now.
Great job! How do you steam?
I simply hold the part over a kettle
are you getting your CA from Temu?
It's a product I purchase from a local hardware store.
