I'm only 42 seconds in and already notice things bugging me. First of all, you should never use metal when working with the charging ports (plastic only). Secondly, ALWAYS POWER OFF THE PHONE COMPLETELY!! Third of all, you shouldn't be trying to plug it in when the charging port is filled with icky stuff. You're packing it down so it will make it more difficult to get out. And we all know someone purposefully put the ick in it for it to be that bad.
