Yes. To be exact, you can use the BSC: Binance Smart Chain, where you can send USDT BEP20 tokens, instead of USDT TRC20 tokens on the Tron Network or USDT ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum Network. It will also be quite cheap, unlike ERC20.

No! If you do that, your money will be lost.
Only send ERC20 tokens on the ERC20 network. On the TRC20 network only TRC20 tokens can be sent.
