Quick and easy. The two aft most screws can be accessed from under the sliding tray with the cubby moved not full fwd. T-15 bit and 15 minutes...GO!

Allan, you represent the very finest example of what youtube should be about. Not somebody reviewing literally anything to make a buck; not some lame posting of a popular song, etc. just to get subscribers; and not some ditzy gal in a bikini doing something that really shouldn't be done in a bikini to. Just a guy who figures out the best way to do something and shares it with like minded viewers, ultimately saving them time and money. Kudos to you sir - may your Ridgeline run forever with very little maintenance.
By the way, your fix took me 40 minutes. Thank you!

Wow, thanks man. That's a great response to my first RUclips video, thanks again. There were a couple of spots where I messed up got my own hand in the shot etc. but I figured that it still might help someone.

Slight change to the process...forget about the two clips that push up....just slide the tray about 2 inches back, reach into the bottom of the console. You'll feel the two rear screws just under the edge of the tray. Working upside down, loosen the screws...the rest works like the video...magnetize the tip of your t-15 to make screwing together easier.

I had been dreading having to pull the entire consol out to do this, then i found your video. Today was a nice day so i went out to do it. Going slow and carefull, it took me about 30 minutes. I think next time it shoukd take me about ten. Thank you for your eminently helpfull video.

Did this job today got it done thanks to you the tough part was the clips to slide back definitely has to be slid forward to remove all the screws but there is 5 screws and it lifts up just enough to slide the new foam piece in through the cup holders lining it up kinda tricky but overall prob 45min to get done but would be faster next time

Worked great for me, tough part was accessing screw heads with a torque15 bit (I did not have a torque 15 driver)...I found it worked best to use a bit extension and feel around for the 2 corner screws. Using my iphone selfie camera to see underneath helped as well. Thanks for the video!

Just replaced the foam on my Ridgeline after watching your video. Easily done thanks to you. I don't think the new foam will last any longer than the one just replaced on my 2011, but it was cheap enough and easy to do. Hate to think what the dealer would charge!

Thanks George. The tires are Michelin X-ice Latitiude snows, standard size 245/65R17 and the rims are a ART Replica that my local tire guy sells. Here's the website www.canadawheels.ca/art-replica-wheels
