  • 110 MPH winds, hail, trees snapping
    Shot on Galaxy S7 Edge.
    There was a confirmed tornado in Beacon Falls, but I'm unsure if what I recorded of my back yard qualifies as a tornado. I had relatively minor damage: some of my trees lost large limbs, and 5 shingles were blown off my roof. A few hundred yards away there were large trees snapped in half!

    I'm a meteorologist and there is absolutely no way you all can say so convincingly and 100% sure that this was a microburst and not a tornado.....The area of coverage on that video is not large enough to say it definitely was a microburst and not a tornado. Love how everyone is an expert on here.

      @Fahrenheit4051 3 года назад +2

      Exactly. It could've been a microburst, or it could've been a tornado whose funnel just scraped by, creating the illusion of straight-line winds.

    • @Imfromtheyear3452
      @Imfromtheyear3452 3 года назад +1

      Exactly! And so many of these people think they can always see a super tight area of rotation. Oftentimes tornadoes have broad areas rotation making it difficult to see an obvious circulation from a human’s perspective who’s right within it. The scale of the human is too small.

    • @weathermanofthenorth1547

    Okay, all the “this was a microburst” people... calm down. Sure, it may have been, but maybe the video’s author confirmed it was a tornado with the NWS. You do realize that if a tornado has broad rotation it can be difficult to see the wind’s curvature within the small view of a camera’s lens, do you not? And don’t people realize that tornado videos like this one can be captured at different stages of the tornado’s life cycle? Maybe it was just developing ground circulation and was still fairly weak or maybe it was choking off. I appreciate people wanting to confirm facts, but they discount this was a tornado before they themselves verify the facts, which is no better than a clickbait title.

    definelty a microburst. Wind never changed direction and u don't get hail in a tornado since tornadoes form in the rear flank downdraft not near the hail core. Still intense straight line winds for sure. thanks for sharing.

  • @royaleevangeline2038
    @royaleevangeline2038 6 лет назад +25

    That’s definitely a nasty microburst. Those winds are definitely straight-line winds. A tornado would have clear rotation. There would have been an obvious change of direction with the winds in a tornado. That doesn’t make this any less dangerous than a tornado. A strong microburst can be just as dangerous as a tornado.

    if a EF1 tornado passed by you any one would have at least gave you a wind change in direction of at least 30 to 60 Degree Direction unless the tornado decided to pull strait away from you you still would had have some directional wind change .Still you could have tornado in the area of say 5 miles away effected by the Same front line . strong indeed with a gust up to possibly 75-80MPR is surly what you experienced a cat 1 hurricane Gust in this strait line storm of Microburst- bow echo or derecho but Derecho would have last longer . Tornado's Can pull completely away from you by a 100 degree turn and cause the change of twisting direction to no longer effect your surrounding area . tornado's in Conn Mass Vt NH are not ikely to act that way because of the Strength.

    ويحمل معه الحيوان والانسان الى عنان السماء ثم يلفظه خارج الغلاف الجوي او الكرة الارضية وكانها عملية تفريغ نحو الفضاء الخارجي
    مما يتسبب بخسائر مادية جسيمة وهائلة تقدر بتريليونات الدولارات
    وهذا غيظ من فيض وهذا بعض ما يجري في امريكا
    ان الذين كذبوا باياتنا واستكبروا عنها لا تفتح لهم ابواب السماء ولا يدخلون الجنة حتى يلج الجمل في سم الخياط ...
    اوكل الله جل في علاه بكل شئ ملكا :
    فهناك ملك الجبال وملك البحار وملك السحاب وملك الرياح وباستطاعته ان يامرها بما يريد
    ان زلزلوا او احرقوا او دمروا او حطموا او اغرقوا
    فينتقم الله ممن يشاء ولا يستطيع اي مخلوق في هذا الكون منع قضاءه جل وعلا
    ويقال ان صوت الرعد حسبما ورد في الاثر
    انه صوت الملك الذي يزجر به السحاب ويسوقه حيث يشاء بامر الله عز وجل ... والله اعلم
    قال تعالى ( وما تاتيهم من آية من آيات ربهم الا كانوا عنها معرضين )
    وقال تعالى ( فأرسلنا عليهم الطوفان والجراد والقمل والضفادع والدم ... )
    وقال تعالى ( وان يروا كسفا من السماء ساقطا يقولوا سحاب مركوم )
    وقال تعالى ( فلما راوه عارضا مستقبل اوديتهم قالوا هذا عارض ممطرنا بل هو مااستعجلتم به ريح فيها عذاب اليم )
    وقال تعالى ( ولو شئنا لرفعناه بها ولكنه أخلد إلى الأرض واتبع هواه فمثله كمثل الكلب إن تحمل عليه يلهث أو تتركه يلهث ذلك مثل القوم الذين كذبوا بآياتنا فاقصص القصص لعلهم يتفكرون )
    وقال تعالى ( مثل الذين حملوا التوراة ثم لم يحملوها كمثل الحمار يحمل اسفارا بئس
    مثل القوم الذين كذبوا بآيات الله والله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين )
    وقال تعالى ( قل ياأهل الكتاب لستم على شيء حتى تقيموا التوراة والإنجيل وما أنزل إليكم من ربكم وليزيدن كثيرا منهم ما أنزل إليك من ربك طغيانا وكفرا فلا تأس على القوم الكافرين )
    يَـأَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيراً مِّمَّا كُنتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُواْ عَن كَثِيرٍ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ مِّنَ اللَّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُّبِينٌ يَهْدِي بِهِ اللَّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلامِ وَيُخْرِجُهُمْ مِّنِ
    الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِراطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
    وهذا ما سيحدث لامريكا كثيرا وستدفع الثمن باهضا
    كل شئ انتهى ولا يستطيعون فعل اي شئ
    اللهم عليك بهم فانهم لا يعجزونك

    Microburst. The trees are all leaning in one direction. If it was a tornado, you would have seen them rapidly move in all different directions. Same types of damage.

      We didn't get to see enough to know that- the rotatrion could have struck after the video ended. Tornadoes and microbursts hit that area so it could be either.

      Just because there was a tornado there doesn't mean that this video is a video of that specific tornado. The winds shown here seem straight line winds

    For me, that's not EF1 Tornado. If that's EF1 Tornado, why the bloody hell the wind move only 1 direction??
    100% Microburst.
    Or you can say, it's only EF0 Tornado (^

    Good footage but anybody who knows a cloud from the sun knows that wasn't a tornado.
