@SoccerFactoryTV I was trying to build a rebounder like yours but out of old tables from FB marketplace but they quite heavy to carry it to a local park, how did you set up yours? Especially the ones angled that allow for a bounce.
Tables are a good idea maybe add two small rolls in the end of the table to make it easier to move. My tilted one are in 23° angle, . That gives the most realistic bounce back. Just braced with 2x4. they are about 12-14 inch high, 3.5-4ft wide
@@TheGrun13 always do a small jump on the foot off the ball at the same time when the foot on the ball trapping the ball .The small jump will change your body in 4 directions also give fake moves if you want. If you follow the video, your next movement is very likely predictable. Basically, the foot on the ball is only supportive, the foot off the ball will help you beat the the defender. Always run to the ball for receiving , never stand for the ball rolling to you .
Good point. Because it is a demonstration video the jump/hop is very small due to slow pace. But if you look closely, there is a very small hop in the moments where the ball comes back faster from the wall. I think the hop will naturally develop through the repetitions and faster tempo as long as you move towards the ball after your pass.👊
Good question, I will put that into my work list . This video is not directly scanning but helps with keeping your head up and awareness 👊🔥The Best Soccer Footwork Skills Training Techniques ruclips.net/video/ywS7blnCAvo/видео.html
