Parkside Belt Sander PSBS 240 C2 - UPGRADE

  • I wasn't able to get along with the original position of the belt sander from the Parkside Belt Sander PSBS 240 C2. Decided to make some changes and make a bigger space for the workpiece.
    Turned out ok, took an hour of work but the result speak for itself. Made some wrong calculations and a drilled some extra holes, but if you do it right you can make it from the first try.
    Hope you like what I do and consider contributing to help me build cool stuff.

    Gleich nachgebaut, danke für die geniale Idee! Habe mich schon lange über den unpraktischen Winkel geärgert

    Interesting modification. If you do not need the rounded area of the sanding belt this improves the sander quite a lot.

    Habe mir habe so eine Plattform gebaut 👍 ist deiner auch ein bisschen schwach auf der Brust sobald man ein bisschen drückt wird er gleich merklich langsamer. Hast du oder jemand in den Kommentaren eine Idee wie man den tunen kann ?

    Have a question - does the engine get hot? I recently bought myself the same.

    • @DanielH
      @DanielH  4 года назад +2

      It's a motor and yes, it gets a little hot if you use it too much. But the lack of power is killing me

      It does get hot a lot and the lack of power is visible but I managed to work with it so far. It's hobby after all.
