Bhai ek sawaal hai…I’d like to ask the government through your wonderful video…if I’m buying something, be it after-market product, but since I’ve purchased it from a licensed shop or a store, with GST, then how the hell can it’s use be illegal? I understand that even alcohol is bought with a price inclusive of GST, but even drinking in public is illegal..but silencers and alcohol are two different things… alcohol alters your thinking and working abilities…silencers don’t…so why are they illegal to use, when I’ve already given the government its share of money to use the bloody thing while buying it ???
Our Govt. targets Easy Money .. searching for Thieves or Murderers is a difficult task .. catching Drug dealers or smugglers is equavalent to impossible for them .. so let's go for easy Target.. target middle class people who are trying to enjoy there hectic life through these small mods .. last night 1 thief took batteries and tyres from someone's car but our police can't detect it on the other hand if this same guy buy new alloy wheels they will challan him for that

Sound levels should not be more than 80db. Bike chahe 1000cc ho ya 5000cc its exhaust and horn sound can not be more than 80db. Modification of silencer is also illegal because it needs RTO permission.
According to new rule passed by supreme court .. any sort of modification is illegal .. If shape of exhaust is also not matched it's illegal .. and even handle bars lights evrything is valid for challan
Bullet wale 600 Rs ka exhaust utar denge,superbike ka toh minimum 50k la hai,aur bullet ki sale bhi kam ho jayegi.
