I get it, you're a real estate agent. Nevertheless, you couldn't GIVE me a house in Oceanside. The police and political corruption has been out of hand for decades, as well as the free flow of drugs on the street. Prostitution is also big, as is expected in military towns. San Clemente, Fallbrook, or Carlsbad are far better alternatives.
