Canada owes a tremendous debt to PM Harper. He consistently looked at issues with a clear eye. Free-trade agreements with 51 nations, and guiding Canada through the financial crisis are his legacy. He did a fine job.

I know some may say it's pretty crazy. But I think to "modernize" our money. We should retire Sir Wilfrid Laurier and put Stephen Harper. Sure Harper wasn't perfect like any politician but remember he did lead our country through the worst recession since the Great depression and things weren't perfect but they were better than where we are today. I would say things were pretty good or at least ok during his reign.
Trudeau has made Harper's legacy shine. Harper was the best PM since MacDonald. I am proud to display the picture of the two of us together.
I can say that while he was the boss I never woke up every day hating the canadian government

8 years ago, I wondered how many people remembered Pierre Elliot Trudeau and wondered how could electing another Trudeau be a good idea? I guess we have legal weed now. but the budget did not balance itself. I miss harper
Legacy? How did raising the retirement age to 67 work out for you Steven, the citizens of Canada got rid of you, that's what happened.
Who cares who pays for it. Do you think your going to win an election by pissing off anyone born in 1958 or later? Do you think someone who has a physical job wants to work till 67? The conservatives will never get the working man's vote or the unions. I am sure the rich will vote for them though, less than 1% of the voters.

@mckessa17 You are so wrong about unions. The Conservatives are getting the working man's vote and support from trade unions. Members of the Pipe Fitters , Boiler makers, and Iron Workers unions across Canada are all in support of Pierre Poilievre. In my local Union, welders have bumper stickers on the back of thier welding trucks that say
F*** Trudeau and a Conservative bumper sticker that says with the slogan BRING IT HOME.
His legacy you asked ? He knows all the best closets to hide in. He knows how to p*ss a whole nation so much that the "other" party beats him soundly.
