The moment I clicked on this video she started doing close light triggers. Those are my favorite kind of triggers I knew from the start of this video that this is going to be a good tingly ASMR
The way she starts makes me feel like I skipped to the middle of the video, and it stresses me out pretty bad 😅 Fortunately, light triggers are my fave, so I calm quickly, and I keep coming back
I absolutely LOVE the extremely close videos. Not a whole lot of people do it in the first place, and you did a great job of it to boot. You better believe this is going on my favorites list!
WE ARE UNWORTHY. August this is one of the great ASMR clips. Fantastic work. The camera settings and audio are spot on. Your voice is understated and crisp. The background sounds contribute to a sense of reality. The sequence from 17:00 to 20:44 is magical. I was constantly holding my breath and not blinking so as not to miss a second. Very very good. Thank you so much August for your perseverance. Love it.

Is it sad that I can tell which videos will give me tingles and which won’t just by scrolling. I’ve burnt out my tingle receptors for light triggers and now I’m so picky. Nice vid 🤘🏻👌🏻
@@asmraugustif it helps: I can’t speak for him obviously but I am very similar. I’ve always been relatively picky with asmr as many common triggers actually make me feel extremely uncomfortable. Combine that with how much I’ve watched it and its a miracle if I ever get any tingles from asmr anymore. I spend ages, potentially hours searching for videos sometimes and I tend to be able to get a good guess from scrolling as well. In the thumbnail if they are really far away from the camera then that’s a turn away, (need really close up) If they have a really high quality camera and setup and production it probably means the audio is the same…(I need poorer quality so it captures more of the mouth and breath and surrounding sounds) A quick scrub through the video or on the thumbnail/title to see if there is any ear to ear, super close up, ophthalmoscope or anything like that and I’ve judged a whole video in a couple of seconds. I now search by date uploaded to find very new channels with low budgets and only watch ear/eye exams where they are extremely close or using lights. Then I just hope they have atleast 30 seconds worth of the good stuff.. I was delighted to find a whole video of this here though❤️

I’m not sure if this will make sense but I really enjoy when people make light triggers up close and when they actually act like they’re focused on what your eyes look like or are intensely focused on looking in my eyes and I get both of these from this video so for that much love ❤❤❤❤❤

Great video . Quiet wispers /talking and light triggers are one of my fave ASMR videos - just to let you know that eye tool you used does if have a light on it ? I know you had the torch as well . But you can get the eye tool with torch /light on it .

Ah ha I’ve been through some rigorous eye exams last week. I have a Macular hole in my left eye. I’m awaiting a date for surgery. You did quite a good job.
Can you do a super up close skin exam like this please with gloves, magnifying glass, light etc? I know it’s been done before but I know you’d so it sooo well ❤

Agreed. The intro to medical exam ASMR is the most skipped part of RUclips for me. If there was a graph, it would peak there.
I think a small 2 or so minute small intro acts as a good teaser for what's to come... 5 or 10 minutes is obviously a drag.
