Hi! Ikenna thanks for your nice presentation. I have experienced explosion on an inverter with lithium battery all in a box. A day after the installation about 4:00 pm I was call that the system exploded setting the house on fire. What happened is that after the installation I couldn't fine the setting for lithium battery on neither the inverter or the system voltage. So I decided to use one option. When the battery was fully charged the system continued charging and exploded thank God it was installed on the ground floor of an upstairs otherwise the entire building will be on fire.

It can cause fire but not explosion, but though depending on how large the bank is from 3 48 volt parallel bank and below no.
So aren't you mixing batteries, when you jump a car?
