Sir I got a question I tried bracing my core but I don't know how much to do , I am confused between filling the stomach such that it fills up full or just upto the level where the fingers are out? Because filling the whole stomach it's hard to control and hold the breath
People refuse to believe me when i tell them I've obtained my abs by using the stairmill at the gym. All i do is contract my abs while at a high but steady pace. I get cardio and core strengthening all in 1💪🏽
@@bloodeagle2945of course not, everyone already has juicy fat abs under all that fat, same shit with biceps, pecs, lats, you just gotta get low body fat and you'll become a muscular machine!
@destructimus it's actually a pretty nice weight for me but everyone is different, I think my gym numbers are reasonably high compared to average people.
I used to do this as a child waiting for the school bus. I didn’t realize spinning by bag in boredom was helping my core. [I felt it more in my shoulders.]

@@miaferguson1349 When there's weight on your stomach (you could push with your hand), it feels different more like a tightening but it pushes it away. You're not distending your stomach out.
If I only have a 10lb kettlebell but 15 and 20 lbs dumbells, can I go heavier with those, or is that gonna mess me up given the cumbersome grip situation? Am I better off doing more reps of the kettlebell, or is there even any point in doing around the worlds at too low a weight?
@@SeetiyanI just ordered adjustable dumbells and a kettlebell grip to get some versatility without having to buy separate items. Praying it all works.
"Most people don’t find the standing position difficult." For anyone who has cake, standing or kneeling won't do you as much good unless you have the weight pulled up higher because to clear your butt, you will go out of alignment. I stick to the goblet marches/squats with a knee up towards opposite shoulder and save the around the worlds for my shoulder mobility/cervical stability.
Thanks for explaining what bracing is with an easy to understand demonstration. Al this time I thought I had to suck my stomach in and then tense my abs. This makes more sense
Can we just acknowledge that crunches and sit-ups aren’t useless? You use your rectus abdominis to create flexion every time you sit up in bed, or lean forward in a chair. Yes, your cores primarily use is stability, but forward flexion also matters
I experimented at the gym today with pushing away the weight on the stomach. For me, the old way of “bracing for a punch to the stomach” is more effective in bracing my core.
It’s not only about the exercises or the right posture which you teach in an awesome way but the way you teach how to get to that right posture is like no one else 🤘🤘 like in this video “how to feel the braced core using kettle bell” is so easy for a beginner to follow… please make a video on how to contract the glutes muscles during the top position in Squats … My Wife cant do it 🤣🤣 even after me trying Zillions of ways
I tried those exercises with available dumbbells yesterday at home. I did not feel struggling because weights were pretty light. Except the pull thrus. You feel your core burning!! I am going to try rest of the exercises at the gym with heavier kettlebells today! I just subbed to you because the information you provide is so rare on social media.
Please, some information on core bracing and breathing. 1 min of this to just one side and I'm completely outta breath. This was one of the nastiest core workouts I've.
Yeah, I've had an effortless 6 pack since I hit puberty, and because of that, I NEVER trained my core so its absurdly weak 😂 Now as an adult I'm trying to catch up, because I realized how functional the core is. Don't think you can skip abs just because you've already got a nice 6 pack boys
Great way to drop the kettlebell on your calf or ankle. Use a small sandbag if you have access to one. If not and you want to do this movement on your knees, please be very careful!!
I can confirm, the bear pose pull thru is actually such a great friggen exercise! I highly recommend it, stay stable and contract your core and I’ve never felt muscles work like that it was great. I also do one leg bicep curl and press trying to stay stable and it’s similar to the March and it’s a core burner. These stability exercises make me feel and move so much better, highly recommend!!
I am not a PT: I enjoy doing kettlebell halos (it's an around the world but overhead) nice and slow emphasizing wide circles to engage my core more. Alternating direction every rep

Good luck solider!
Make a beast out of that ab
Lol I'm on here looking for the correct weight kettlebell to start with. I'm 175 lbs and fit, for reference. How did those 22kgs work out for you?

😂😂
Make sure your hand coordination is on point for this one or else you'll end up with a crushed foot
Exactly what I was thinking :(
Yeah, those Kettle bells are NOT light
Yes, that is a real thought!🙄
More reason to be on your knees maybe
That's the first thought I had when I saw that lady doing it barefooted. Not that it wouldn't hurt just as much with gym shoes on
See ppl doing this exercise but never understood it, thank you for breaking it down.

Ohhhh that’s a good point, it’s a problem for me too
