Programming STM32 with a USB cable in the Arduino IDE

2.43 when i click next it says no response from the target , the boot loader cannot be started. please verify the boot load configuration and the flash protection status. reset your device and then try again

I also got this error sometimes. It is most likely the jumper of BOOT0, which was not moved (be careful not BOOT1), or not at the right time. Also check your connections between the FTDI and STM32, they are fragile sometimes.
