Hello friends! Today I am sharing with you a very delicious cauliflower meal with gravy. You will be amazed by the new way of preparing ordinary food. Cauliflower according to this recipe has a very unusual and interesting creamy taste. This is a very tasty recipe!

📝INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
1 cauliflower
3 lemon slices
Sprigs of dill
Salt to taste
(COOK FOR 5 MINUTES)
(Pour the sauce we prepared over the cabbage):
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons flour
Milk 250 ml
Salt to taste
black pepper
some nutmeg
Parmesan (amount depending on taste)
Rosemary (to taste)
Mozzarella (150-200 grams)
👨🍳Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 15 minutes!👨🍳
For the sauce (goes perfectly with cauliflower):
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
Canned anchovies (3-4)
Several sprigs of dill
1 pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream
black pepper
a little bit of salt
mix well

It’s meditative, cooking food can be sensual when you take the time to experience the sounds of chopping, crunching,boiling, grating, grinding, stirring, taking in the aromas of the garlic, rosemary, etc., for many, like me, I find cooking relaxing. I tend to cook up a storm when I’m out of balance, upset, sad, troubled. It calms me. For others I know, it’s something that causes them stress. To each their own. I usually make this using both cauliflower and broccoli florets together, I use just cheddar but will try your suggestion of different cheeses. Thank you

Yum from USA. For those that are lactose or gluten intolerant, corn starch can replace the flour, and lactose free or plant based milk will work well as a milk substitute. If you can find it, lactose free mozzarella is fantastic.
