I am a Yaya and preschool teacher who always has a house full of children!! This is #genius. I forgot to like it and shared the post first. (Excitement)
I have made a mat like this before but yes they take forever! I need to try your technique, this would make a huge difference. Love yours, it's perfect for your soon to be beautiful front porch.
Thank you for showing us an easy way to do it, I saw many videos where they used the fancy circuit and many out of my reach items... it was so frustrating to know I didn’t had any of the stuff they use! Thank you again
Hello there and thank you so much for your video. You gave me the idea that I have actually used in the past to paint on things. I actually used Walmart’s puffy fabric paint to do exactly like you did with this. I didn’t make door mats, but this is brilliant! ;-) thank you for your share
I came so close to doing a door mat for this challenge too!! We would have been twinning (except I don't have kids)! This came out super cute - love it!! 🍰💕Maria
LOVE your DIY door mat. You are so creative. I'm also participating in the DIY Mommy's Outdoor DIY and Décor Challenge, excited to visit everyone on the playlist.

I’m so glad it was helpful! I love my cricut but sometimes it’s fun to just craft and not rely on that!
You have a really steady hand and you're skilled at this. It definitely looks like store quality to me! 💕
Thank you so much! That’s such a compliment :)
Hi Colleen wow what a great job I’ve always wanted to do one but didn’t know how loved being a part of this wonderful collaboration xoxo 💖🤗💖
I love how you whipped this up in no time! You’re so talented my friend! Such a cute design :)
This is gorgeous!! I would have never thought squeeze bottle paint would hold up to the fiber mat 🤷♀️💕 😍
Yes! The squeeze lid on a good paint makes such a difference!
This is such an awesome idea!!!
This came out great! Thank you for the tips. I might have to try one of these!

Thanks girl! I didn’t even use a full bottle :)
What kind of brush are you using? Just one for acrylic paints? Thank you!
Yes! I use a kids one since they’re so much stiffer. The Crayola ones are awesome
@@ColleenPastoor thank you!
hi do i HAVE to use outdoor acrylic paint or can i use just acrylic paint thats not necessarily for outdoors?
I’m sure you could! I’m not sure how it would hold up? This one is still going strong after the winter being used!
Please, which color are you using? Thx
This is just the regular black, I’ve tossed the bottle now!
