I have a Polaris sportsman 500 HO 2008. I got new bushing but no washers. Does it need washers for sure ?

My 05’ 800 didn’t have any washers on it either. My bushings will be here Friday, hopefully I don’t need them.

Where does it look like the play is coming from. Is the a arm moving?

@@FourwheelerDoctor it looks like it has some play more on the left than the right side also I heard the front tires need alignment and balanced also any idea about the front toe out or in you know anything about it

@@martingonsalez6635did you replace the bushings and the sleeve that goes inside of the bushings?

@@FourwheelerDoctor just the plastics at the end of the a arm but not the actual tie rod or I’m not sure what it’s called the one in the tire side

@@martingonsalez6635 the bushings go in the A-Arms and then there's a metal sleeve that goes inside the bushing and the bolt goes through the metal sleeve. Did you put the metal sleeve back in or is it missing?

Don’t bother with that plastic junk that just falls apart. Instead I installed grease fittings and some 3/4” garden hose that will last much longer than the plastic junk from China. And yes the hose came from China too but is made of more durable material and fits perfectly. After installing it on my ATV it was really tight and rode and handled so much better.
