I am not a dancer, never have been. I have no idea why this lady shows up on my feed but she is incredible. This looks utterly impossible. Somehow she makes it look effortless and beautiful
I came here also to say "I am no dancer ... and if I tried doing that, I know my hip would click out of place!" Argh 😮 (I know, because I used to go to a traditional Keep Fit class when I was younger, and certain exercises always caused my hip to 'pop' and I had to get a friend to pull my leg to make it go back in!)
Isabella’s understanding of anatomy and ability to give correction based on musculature and physiology is outstanding. So much better than screeching about technique or style. She’s a natural teacher and beautiful dancer…and her sheer strength is other-worldly! 🤩
Some younger students at certain schools aren’t taught “proper” techniques and are allowed to slide or ‘cheat’ on dance mvmts, and still go onstage. I’m 68 and began returning to ballet last year after hip replacement. I just recall when I danced years ago I was blessed to study under instructors from RBT AND ABT and more who were always on about proper technique including turnout, alignment, positioning, foot presentation etc., and maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see it in some schools today. Isabella is “ON” It. Such a treasure. ❤😊
@@gracepoint3 yeah, I went to a ballet school as a child from age 3 to 13, but it was more commercial and the teacher didn't really pay attention to each individual, she rather had some students she favored and encouraged, the others just did what they did. I stopped at 13 (due to stress and also because I didn't feel comfortable there anymore), and now started again in university at age 23. Even though the courses I go to now, are "just" from the university sports program and not from proper ballet schools, I feel like i have already learned so much more about how to correctly position my body. It really is a shame, because I do wonder, what could've been, were I trained properly before 😔
I have never danced in my life but omg her explaining everything is so easy to understand! I wish she could teach me absolutely everything in life, because she truly knows how to inform and guide you correctly. I can imagine how many ahaa moments her students have with her❤️
I had to stop dance completely at age 16 after a horribly injury that lead to a major surgery and lots of physical therapy. I’m now almost 30 and when I see videos like this come up I think “wow if I was still learning I’d love to have a teacher like her!” She seems so in tune with her students and knows exactly how to explain the concepts to them so that they understand it. PLUS she radiates a positive uplifting kind of energy rather than a hateful one while critiquing! That’s so lovely ❤
“Always more” makes me laugh because my ballerina teacher told me, “I’ve never had to say this in my 23 years of teaching ballet, but quit trying so hard!”
Looks sooo difficult, but is incredibly beautiful when done correctly. These vids help me appreciate the art when performances make it look so easy. 👏🏽
I love ballet, I never was good at it as a child, but I keep admiring the individuals who master the craft and the young people who follow that hard path.
You had me at “BLLEAAAGGGHHHKHKG” 😊. I so enjoy and appreciate this art and your talent skill and dedication to make it as beautiful as you do. Thank you
Like everyone else I'm not a dancer just casually in my youth but these videos are enthralling her teaching makes you feel like you could do it makes you feel like you're learning something valuable even though you might never do it❤
Now THAT is an awesome teacher. Have I ever put a step on a ballet class? nah. Do I want to? I'm too old, I'd break in half. But would I watch HER teach? yeah, definitely.
It's crazy how disciplines overlap. The same is told in yoga and Pilates. To never forget to make the opposite movement with control and resistance, using our muscles not just all floppy. I guess it's just fundamentals of movement in general that apply in all disciplines where movement as an art is involved.
The gym body builders are always bragging but they cant hold a candle to the strength and beauty these women bring to the table. More body control then anyone else.
She's concentrating (and awkward because she's on camera but doing nothing?) There's often a point in a ballet class where your brain is done. There's SO much detail in every movement, there's only so much your brain can take. I know that look. Feel for her lol.
Love this! My figure skating coaches are trying to get me to do this with layback positions so I don’t have that dog-marking-territory appearance. Skill is what draws the line between elegant and distasteful!!
I had to quit balle at the age of 16 after 12 years bc of some reasons. I really do wish I had such a tacher. I am sure her studenst can be really clear with the movements and get perfect
I understand the problem she's fixing and the solutions she's presenting without ever knowing the craft. That's how you know she's a good teacher.
great comment 💕
💯 so well put. You perfectly depicted what many think in their minds but cannot articulate
I am not a dancer, never have been. I have no idea why this lady shows up on my feed but she is incredible. This looks utterly impossible. Somehow she makes it look effortless and beautiful
Same here!

Me too showed up a few days ago,now I'm fascinated. ❤
Yes, isn’t she awesome?!
Isabella boylston is AMAZING
The „always more“ was. So relatable. Also the „bläääh“ had me rolling 😂
She so visually clear with her body
She's an excellent teacher. I like the way she explains what to do, how to do it and also what not to do.
I agree. She has the skills and knowledge. While many teachers is just all mouth, but can’t doing anything
The crazy amount of strength, control, and proprioception involved here, is superhuman. Ballet dancers are superhuman

Thank you so much ❤️ I’m so happy to help
“Always more” is ballet in a nutshell 😂 her muscle control is incredible.
She is one awesome teacher… This is what every dancer who is serious wanting to learn how to perform or master a technique. Just watch her.
I'm not a dancer and yet I can totally understand what she's trying to convey and show her students. What an excellent instructor.
Suuuuure.
@@Maspets sorry you didn’t get it lol
@@84rinne_moo I couldn't give less of a f.
@@Maspets SUUUURE JAN you did enough to comment in the first place lol 😂
@@84rinne_moo Looks like you're the one crying.
Such Grace, Strength and Beauty!
Thoroughly underrated.
On par with gymnasts and fighters, for sure, at the very least.
The attention to detail, fluidity of movements, and beautiful lines is unmatched. Isabella you are a phenomenon
Years of disciplined practice are evident.
Ok, she's AMAZING, but believe me, this is HARD!
OUCH!
Great job Teacher!
She is teaching perfect angles! She is an amazing teacher! Very inspiring
I am so jealous of young dancers today. So much help with technique and conditioning. I'm 60 , so my only hope is reincarnation into St. Petersburg.

Nrver been a ballet dancer but i just love seeing how it gets done snd the technicalities of it. Beautiful art form
Every part of her body is in harmony Beautiful dancer and instructor
My hips starts screaming. I "never" watched ballet, but somehow I love your lessions. Your students are so lucky. Incredible bodycontrol.
I can feel the Russian ballet vibe. Gracefulness, technical precision, and style.❤
She’s absolutely magnificent! Seems like a fantastic dance mentor/instructor and an even more amazing dancer!!♥️
Is this a master class? This teacher is truly amazing ❤
I have never danced in my life but omg her explaining everything is so easy to understand! I wish she could teach me absolutely everything in life, because she truly knows how to inform and guide you correctly. I can imagine how many ahaa moments her students have with her❤️
I bet she was a highly skilled and graceful dancer before she became a teacher. I can tell by the way she demonstrates her techniques.
When she said brahhhhh.. I really felt that.

I'm not a dancer, I'm a Romana's Pilates instructor, and I love watching you teach! It makes me want to take ballet!
How do these ladies do it ??? I’ve always had the greatest respect for these guys , talk about discipline

Beautiful ballet posture extension
Always more....😂😂 no lie told there
Another excellent demonstration and explanation 👏👏👏
Glad you liked it!
I love dance and the body line movements we create

Her lovely dancing clothes.
Such amazing body control
Still graceful...lovely.

That girl behind her looks bored to tears. Which is a pity. This woman is amazing❤

You’re so graceful and I love your accent! I wish I could cook you a nice big Mexican dinner
Perfetto! 🎉
Beautiful!

I don't understand a thing she is saying but it makes me wanna learn ballet at 34 years old 😂
Love this!
My figure skating coaches are trying to get me to do this with layback positions so I don’t have that dog-marking-territory appearance.

Never did ballet in my life but the bläääh felt personal 😭
Beautiful 😍
This is super helpful, thank you!💜
You're so welcome!
I Blaaaaaaaah!!! Love her!!!! Yeah.
She is teaching full physical control through physics!
The standing side of the body always “works” to provide stability/grounding for the moving side.
Beautiful moves...
❤ good teacher

Ballerinas are special people..They make the Muscles and body bend in Ways it's organically not meant to ever do..
Amazing teaching
