Yes and what Rick failed to mention was how his voice and Leeza's powered through over all the crazy chord changes and made the song! He also killed it on the Confetti album and Alibis, How Joe is not a household name mystifies me. And just learned he is from Youngstown which is even cooler as I am a Cleveland guy.

Joe Pizzulo is what I like about live singing. He keeps it close to original even though he may be having a minor challenge in the beginning, he still got it, can belt like he did almost 30 yrs ago. You know it’s him who sang the original. 💕💕💕

Eu adoro essa música. Mas vendo Joe Pizzulo cantando, vejo que a ausência de Leza miller faz falta. Parece que falta a química entre os cantores. Num vídeo antigo, Pizzulo e Leza cantando a química é pura. É o que vejo.
Joe still sounds as he did. I don't know how he does...but he does. He also harmonizes incredibly well. The woman isn't great but she harmonizes decently. The bossa break is fun too.

Concordo que a voz do Joe Pizzulo é muito boa mas dizer que a moça "não canta nada" é injusto. Este tema é dificílimo de cantar, com constantes mudanças de tom, ainda mais ao vivo. Esta cantora chama-se Katie Hampton (muito boa) e a sua versão é obviamente diferente da Leza Miller que cantou o original, gravado em estúdio e numas condições de som que nada tem a ver com isto. Abraço de Portugal.
Ela canta muito, mas realmente qualquer voz feminina fica meio apagada diante da potência da voz do Joe. Além disso, essa canção ao vivo demanda uma interação entre os cantores e nessa apresentação isso não aconteceu, o que tirou um pouco do brilho.
