The only villain I would trust with my future kids would be Twice. I feel like he'd be super playful and protect them so much. Also why would I even get in a car with Mineta? HE'S A MENACE!!!!!

toga 100% trustworthy, if you pay her in someone else's blood, i think stain would be fine, just want to make sure they become heroes like allmight, might think it's a good idea the lick the wounds on a baby if they got hurt tho and forget about his quirk, twice would be a good babysitter, as long as he doesn't think sitting on the baby is considered babysitting, shoji, does look scary to a kid, and YAAAAAS deku would be a good last minute choice

Toga - Would make sure kiddos always know they are perfect how they are and there is nothing I(Toga) repeat nothing wrong with them.
Stain-Would instill the core value of what a hero is and what they are actually about.
