Please don't feel like a bad parent. Most babies get baby acne. My 3 boys had it and now they have the most beautiful skin. It's ok and you both are great parents. Those feelings are normal and ok . Sending live to all of you💕
Yeah it is totally normal to feel inadequate . It feels like flying the plane and building it at the same time! He’s a lovely baby and you are both doing so well as a team 😀
@@TokyoZebra putting droplets of breast milk over the baby acne should clear his face up..but honestly, it's nothing to fuss about. best to have him ingest the breast milk instead of using it on his face
@@TokyoZebra I had them as a baby as well. My parents told me that they took turns to sleep to take care of me at night, so I don't scratch my face. Respect for all parents and you both! My parents said maybe it's because my mom cannot breastfeed me. When I was little, baby formulas may not be as good as now. Sometimes it may cause internal inflammation. But I really don't think every mom must breastfeed as everyone has a different body. Just do whatever works for both you and your baby! You should be immersed in the happiness of having a newborn. Don't let other people's judgment hurt you! Sending a lot of love from LA!
My baby got awful eczema. Doctor recommended paraffin cream and it cleared it within few days. I was also told baby skin problems are super common as babies need to adjust to environment. Baby acne is passed from mothers hormones and usually clears up naturally
Don't stress about the pimples. My 5 week old baby has many pimples on his face. He also gets heat rash so looks worse at times. The midwivies explained to me it's due to your hormones still in the baby's system after birth.
@@TokyoZebra Yes it is common. It looks awful but isn't harmful and my baby had the same thing and cradle cap too. He looked like a mess for a bit until it all cleared up.
You and Maiko shouldn't feel like bad parents because Wolfy got those pimples! I feel like being a new parent is hard enough, please don't stress over things that even the doctor said not to worry about :) Wolfy is so precious!! 💕💕💕
The spots is because he is a new born, everyone gets them just clean his face with nothing too sensitive in his skin and it should be fine. You guys are doing a great job! X
I literally watch these videos because you restore my faith in parents. I got a bit of a short stick being a middle child and all. It's so nice to see Wolfy constantly given love and warmth EVEN when you didn't sleep a wink. You are wonderful parents, and you can already kind of see the little man Wolfy is growing up to be. You are doing excellent!!!
Don’t worry about the acne. For Chinese, we called this is internal body heat which caused y the formula he’s having. Check out his poop which is soft or hard. If hard that mean definitely from the formula, then you can check with the pediatrician who might advise you to change formula.
It's called baby acne, baby still has mother's hormones in system. Most baby get it and it will go away in time. Your not a bad parent cos he has it. All my kids had it aswell. Very normal.
When my son was small, he slept with us. I nursed him laying down, and we would both naturally fall asleep. When he got hungry again I turned the whole production over and he nursed from the other side and we would drop off to sleep again. The only time anyone would have to get up is if he needed changing. I followed the doctor's advice and slept when he slept instead of trying to do chores. In the end, I was well rested for the mostpart. As far as breast milk goes, the general rule is that the supply increases to meet the demand. The more the baby sucks - whether for nourishment or comfort - the more milk will be produced. We did not use a soother at all. Of course there are exceptions to this rule, but the best thing is to not be tempted to think that you cannot produce enough milk. One other good thing to know is that baby is much more efficient at getting milk out of the breast than a pump, so don't be tempted to think that you are pumping out 100% of what you are producing when using a breast pump. Fennel, dill, and fenugreek are great helps to increase milk supply, and of course Mama needs to drink A LOT of water. Her appetite will also increase with the amount of milk produced. Maximize nutrition and hydration. I hope this is helpful.
So I had a severe case of baby acne when I was a newborn. According to my parents, they tried the creams, washing, pretty much everything under the sun. They saw several doctors, and they couldn't figure out what was going on, and just waived it off as being normal. But, my mom and dad happened to meet a midwife randomly somewhere, and she suggested it was due to the formula they were using. So instead of if the formula was a 1:1 ratio (like 1 scoop with 1oz of water) she suggested just add another like 1/2 ounce of water to the final amount (so if 4oz then make it 4.5oz, or if 8oz, make it 8.5oz). and my parents said within a few days, it was clearing up majorly. And after a week or so, it was pretty much almost gone. SO just a suggestion, something that worked for me as a toddler. I'm not a medical person, neither were my parents, but they followed that little advice from a midwife and it worked on me. Check with your pediatrician and see if thats okay, and if its something you may want to consider! Ya'll are doing exceptionally well. You're a great dad and doing all the things to help offload from your wife is very commendable.
Those spots are so completely normal! Both of my children had them. It’s the babies bodies reaction to left over hormones from mummy. Sometimes it can take a few months to pass, but you guys aren’t doing anything wrong.
You two are a great team in raising Wolfie. You're lucky to have each other to share the burden and I can't help but think about those single parents or mums who have no choice but to do it all themselves when I watch your Wolfie videos. Mad respect to all of you! It's definitely not easy being a parent, that's for sure!
Maiko and you are both wonderful parents despite doing it for the first time. Do not feel disappointed with yourselves. Your shifting schedule is a great teamwork. Also, happy 100k subs for this channel. Looking forward for more Wolfy content!
Greetings from Michigan! I'm in love with little Wolfy! He is so precious and yes babies can have skin rashes. He will be just fine and it will heal. Man i feel old, i went through this experience 16 years ago😄😄. Yes Paolo, savour every moment of it because youre going to miss it. Time flies so fast when you’re raising a baby.

As long as you support each other... everything will be fine. Seeing Paolo doing some house chores is already a big help for the Mom. You both are doing your part. I think the best thing to do is to be patient and understanding with each other. That way you don’t get upset. Because once you get upset with each other, everything will fall out. It seems like Wolfy is a strong baby. He seems to be smiling all the time too. Cute and handsome boy.
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your life with us. You guys are amazing parents, Wolfy is lucky to have you both. Hope the medicine works and he's better soon. Wolfy is the cutest
Wolfie is beautiful!! Try not to be so hard on yourselves. My kids are all grown up now. But I remember the stress I put on myself when everything didn't go perfectly (spit up on a clean and dressed to go out baby). I promise u, it will get easier. I love that you two share the parenting as equally as possible. That's the way it should be. My husband and I did the same. It was comforting to know that if I had to leave our daughter with him to run to the store etc. he could take care of her completely. Love to you from Georgia, USA.
It's newborn acne don't worry about that! It will go away on it's own! You can put breast milk (not formula) on it! Here we are recommended to that on our newborn by doctors and nurses!
Ya I'm really surprised they weren't told that and were immediately prescribed medication. That's the first thing a US pediatrician would have said. Must be cultural or educational differences?
@@xPreatorianx1 Maybe at this point I don't know much people from Japan. Maybe she's not producing enough as she can't fully breastfed wolfy. The doctor didn't want to put more pressure on this issue but i'm just presuming.
@@ItamiAkuma See, logically I can understand that. But in terms of real world application, my wife is a damn milk machine. No insult. We are storing up milk in a deep freezer because apparently you can sell that shit. So it's an additional revenue source for us. As she VASTLY over produces. Even with our second daughter demanding a lot and turning into a fat ass. Sorry, again no offense. It's our little joke for the little one as she has rolls for days and is literally 2 pounds away from being overweight because my wife produces so much milk. Anyways, the only costs are of course the electricity, and the storage bags. I can't say the deep freezer because we got it for free. So the ROI is VERY high. But, all it takes is literally one squirt. Sorry if this seems gross. But literally, massage the breast and produce a bit of milk to wipe on the infant's face. It doesn't take a lot. At all. So while I can understand her supply is low, and empathize with that. It won't affect the baby's needs. As honestly, it's equivalent to one infant mouth full. So again, from a pure logic perspective, I can understand this reasoning. But honestly, given real world application, I honestly think it's cultural or educational differences. As she supplements like we did for our first born. As back then my wife wasn't the almighty milk queen she is now. So even if her supply is so low, she can easily use not even 1% of her supply to wipe on the infant's face, and then follow it up with formula if she's empty. Again, nothing wrong with that. Some women just click and can produce what the baby needs with no prior experience. Some women, they don't truly get their supply till the second child. Again I can empathize with her because my wife went through the same thing with our first born. She felt absolutely horrible we had to supplement with formula. She felt she was failing as a mother. So while I don't completely understand as I don't have the necessary equipment to directly relate. I can empathize. Hopefully if Meiko and Pablo decide on a second child, her breast feeding experience will be so much better like it is with my wife. Then the hassle shifts from desperately trying to feed the baby, to preventing your breasts from being in agonizing pain because you overproduce like crazy.

He's beautiful. Here in Australia we call those milk spots, they'll go away. Also, I wonder if he would sleep better if he was wrapped up in a muslin or cotton wrap. Babies often like to feel secure and wrapped when they sleep. You guys are going great!
Hi, about the baby heat rash. My mom says it's because of the formula was created with a lot heat (dehyration). Make barley tea for Wolfy and Maiko. Boil a few tablespoons of raw barley (not toasted) with a litre of water. I don't have any experience with babies, my mom is always going on about it :) Also try fresh coconut water for Maiko. It's all about cooling down the heatiness! I love your videos. Good luck!
I remember those times no sleep & going to the doctor appointment's i don't miss it 😁but treasure it cuz it goes so fast my daughter 23years my son 20 year's old you will look back and say where did the time go may god continue blessing you and your family with good health and happiness and peace🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
You two are doing such an amazing job. My baby is 9 months old so know exactly what you’re going through. The sleepy zombie stage at the start! But it does go super fast. Wolfy is lucky to have you two as his parents.
omg! Meiko and Palo !!! its so sweet to see you guys as parents! must be that i have 4 boys of my own that I didnt know until now! you guys are doing fantastic, my first born had severe exzema ,which lasted for his 1 year , Wolfy is super CUTE ! , and im so glad he has such an awesome name! your being such a good husband and dad P. , and GOOD JOB on the breastfeeding Meiko its not easy and no one ever talks about how much of a big job it is learning how to do it, im binge watching the tokyo zebra channel lol watching the video with him in the swimava made me have happy tears, i wish i wouldve tried one for my youngest but canadian baths arent deep enough, he is one of the most adorable babies i have ever seen, GREAT JOB mom and dad
The 'bad parent' feeling is very common. You guys are doing a fantastic job!!!!! Wolfie is so cute and gaining so much weight!!! Keep it up, you two!!! 😘❤️ Thank you for all these updates!!!
Yes, I was thinking that swaddling may be helpful. I used it on my 2 children and with the children I kept in my home daycare. I guess the feeling of being wrapped in a nice soft warm blanket makes them feel like they are still in the womb or in their parent's loving arms. Beautiful baby and parents! Congratulations!
Swaddling is a MUST if you want him to sleep, babies scare themselves awake when they aren't swaddled because they are used to the limited movement and warmth in the womb. I know it was the best thing I learned!
Awww your baby is so cute! Don’t feel bad about those little bumps on his face! I’ve seen the same bumps on a lot of baby’s. You guys are good parents and care so much about him!
Thank you for sharing this very special time in your life with us. I wanted to pass on some important information about the straps holding the baby in the car seat. They need to be much tighter to prevent the baby from ejecting out of his seat. A rule of no more than 2 fingers is what our hospital told us. Take care!
You are great parents! Wolfy is getting so big. Baby acne is very common. Their little oil glands are still developing, and learning to regulate, outside of womb, adjusting to their new environment. My babies had it too, it goes away pretty quick♥️
Please don't be so hard on yourselves! I know it's really hard to take care of a baby as is and also being judged. You just don't need that pressure! I know your doing your absolute best for your baby, so keep on doing that! And don't let anyone tell you what right or whats wrong for your baby it's your decision you know whats best for him!
You aren’t doing anything wrong. It’s common you’re correct, it will clear up and has no bearing on the future condition of his skin. Love your channel, thank you for sharing with us. It’s great to see you guys working as a team. :)

U guys are doing a GREAT JOB.. My husband is also the same.. he does EVERYTHING for the kids & sometimes i hav to fight with him just to let me do something for our babies.. i think new generation dads are 180 degrees different than older generation dads.. fathers nowadays are more involved in their kids life than mothers i guess.. i feel extremely proud & happy when i see a man like my husband..

U guys r doing so great! The tiredness is something I really hated in the early days but hang in there guys. It'll pass faster than u think and soon u will miss those days..
You guys are so cute. I loved seeing the swing and how neat it is because I helped buy that did you. What you have to help make your Wolfy chores easier is so much better than when I was having my kids. They grow up too fast. Enjoy him all you can.
You guys are doing a brilliant job! It's a learning curve for us all! I thought by my 3rd child I would have it all sorted and I still ran into curve balls and needed help! Just remember guys it is new for him too, he has nothing to compare you, so as far as Wolfy is concerned you guys are perfect!! It is the same universally I think - I am Australian and I think each baby is always beautiful, exhausting, awe inspiring, terrifying and loving all rolled into one! You guys rock, keep doing you 👏 💪 😍

Paolo he's precious. Good job Dad
He is so cute I cant stop cooing. I think you guys are doing a great job working together and loving him makes you great parents.
Good luck!
Your baby is so adorable.
Awwww the baby is so cute!
You both are great parent. Being involve and helping each other to take care of the baby is awesome. Give some time his skin will improve.
Wolfy is lucky to have you two as his parents.
omg! Meiko and Palo !!! its so sweet to see you guys as parents!
must be that i have 4 boys of my own that I didnt know until now!
you guys are doing fantastic, my first born had severe exzema ,which lasted for his 1 year , Wolfy is super CUTE ! , and im so glad he has such an awesome name! your being such a good husband and dad P. , and GOOD JOB on the breastfeeding Meiko its not easy and no one ever talks about how much of a big job it is learning how to do it, im binge watching the tokyo zebra channel lol

Wow both of you are really tired, do take care of yourselves too! You are doing great and wolfy loves you both!
please keep doing more videos like this they're so fun and interesting!
You are doing very well as parents ... Wolfy is growing more and more cute ....
The 'bad parent' feeling is very common. You guys are doing a fantastic job!!!!! Wolfie is so cute and gaining so much weight!!! Keep it up, you two!!! 😘❤️ Thank you for all these updates!!!
Just a tip! Try to swaddle Wolfy! He might sleep longer! Some babies like it. I know it was a life saver with my sons. You guys are doing great!
Your such a good father!!! Such a beautiful family! Also you can see how tired they are. Good job guys you are doing great.
Awww your baby is so cute! Don’t feel bad about those little bumps on his face! I’ve seen the same bumps on a lot of baby’s. You guys are good parents and care so much about him!
You two are great parents. What a team !!! Glad to see dad help out so much ❤. Such a good baby and so cute !!!
You are new parents, learn and grow with baby. You are good parents.
You guys are suchhh great parents!!!
Paolo you are doing great trust me. You are a good father
I have a 6 month old. The first 6 weeks are pretty tough. Keep at it! That first smile will melt your heart!
Aww you’re such lovely people! You’re doing great 👍🏼
Also Wolfy is adorable! You guys are doing great.
You guys are doing a fine job. Great parents.
Aw, Wolfy is adorable!
I want to give Maiko a hug. You both are doing so well as parents. Baby Acne is real, dont worry. Its not your fault.
I have a newborn too I love these videos to hear similar challenges thank you!
Awwwwww Paolo, u n Maiko are such awesome parents. I absolutely love every time u guys say "Wolfy"❤❤❤❤
He is such a cutie. Thank you for showing your baby and family life to us. Much love to you all. ❤
You aren’t doing anything wrong. It’s common you’re correct, it will clear up and has no bearing on the future condition of his skin.
Love your channel, thank you for sharing with us. It’s great to see you guys working as a team. :)
You guys are amazing, not easy to keep balance between taking care of baby and work. 👍👍👍

💖👶Wow! 🤗Beautiful baby boy! God Bless,Stay Bless!💋
You guys are proud parents and more mature what a beautiful life
You two are doing an amazing job! You both are great parents.
U guys are doing a GREAT JOB.. My husband is also the same.. he does EVERYTHING for the kids & sometimes i hav to fight with him just to let me do something for our babies.. i think new generation dads are 180 degrees different than older generation dads.. fathers nowadays are more involved in their kids life than mothers i guess.. i feel extremely proud & happy when i see a man like my husband..
aw you guys :c you are great loving parents, you are not doing anything wrong!!!
He looks adorable aaaaah .
You two are doing a wonderful job with 🐺. Being 1st time parents can be stressful. Keep a positive about things. It will get better trust me. I'm a father with 3 children.🖐👍✌
Yeah, don't stress..its all part of a phase, I think you guys are doing really great as new parents with little extended support during this pandemic. Keep going!!
Glad to see things good with wolfy. Keep up the work with sharing the duty with taking care of him . Your doing good. Keep it up.
He is adorable and your doing a great job dad! ❤☺🍼
It's normal to feel like you are doing a bad job. I felt like that too, and still feel like that sometimes with my son at 3. You are doing everything you can to take care of that little guy. He appreciates everything you guys are doing for him. Love your videos also. Take care! ♡
Wow! Maiko is lucky to have u as her hub! You're a very hands on Daddy to Wolfy! ❤️
both of you are great parents. keep it up. no one should judge you if they have not been through the trouble. ♥️
Aw guys, don't be too hard on yourself. Perhaps swaddling Wolfie before he goes down to sleep could help too? Good luck on getting his sleeping schedule working out. I hope it turns out okay. ♥
guys, you are doing AMAZING! My kid had the pimples too, and they went away naturally when he was about 3 months. I also had to give formula and my kid is doing great! You are great!
2:09 newborn baby grunts....!! Aaawwww!! It's sooo cute!!
He is so cute and awake😊
You guys are so cute with wolfy!
Hope soon baby can get into good sleep routine so that you will be more restful too.
Babies get rashes all the time in different seasons. Don't feel bad guys!
God bless!
Beautiful baby. Good job dad
